File not found

I copied pictures from my camera and when I tried to log on my user, my office has been changed temporary. I restarted computer several times, but my office has not changed. I lost all my photos, but when I looked at the event wiever, proved that a backup process was finished that day successfully. I think they might be in recovery, but it does not open. It shows only a message:

Do not delete or modify these files.

I have a laptop DELL and Microsoft Vista Home Premium.

PS:when I tried it, I almost think it's, but when I try to open, I get this message:

The file you are trying to open is a reference to a location that is unavaible. It could be on a hard drive on this computer or on the network. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted, and then try again. If the file opens always not the information may have been moved to another location.

I need your help as soon as you get this. Can you help me please?
