Files MSVC90.dll and COMCTL32.dll missing gdiplus.dll

Original title: missing .dll files

I have Windows 7, with 3 missing .dll files.  I tried a number of programs that claim to difficulty and install missing .dll files.  In all cases, the program will download, then when you click 'Finish', it gives you a message that it cannot install the program because I'm missing .dll files.  It's true!  That's why I'm bringing them reinstalled!  3 missing files are: MSVC90.dll and COMCTL32.dll gdiplus.dll.  Any ideas?  Thank you. * E-mail address is removed from the privacy *.

Hello RonBrett,

I suggest you to install the msvcr90.dll which is a party, if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 redistributable package.
Click on the article below that describe the run-time components in Visual C++.
326922 KB - Redistribution of the shared C runtime in Visual C++ component

You must keep all the different versions of Visual C++ 2005, 2008 and 2010, because different programs need these packages installed. The Microsoft Visual C++ 225, 2008, install the redistributable Packages components runtime library Visual C++ required to run applications developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2005, 2008 or 2010 is installed. The Msvcr90.dll is included in Microsoft Visual C++ 2008.

Download the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 (x 86)
Click to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x 64)then, run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt system.

Click Start
Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
Click on "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

Reboot your system.

Now see if you get the same error message for missing .dll files.

Please reply back and let us know if this can help.

  • Homepage files blackBerry Smartphones (and icons inside) missing and the content of the inaccessible files

    Hi all!

    8820 version 4.5 (AT & T Service)

My home page consisted of 5 files where I organized all of my programs, as well as the question of requests at the bottom.

Unexpectedly a few days ago records disappeared (as well as all the icons for the programs that were in folders) and all that's left is a light overview of origins shaped rectangular on the left side of the screen that are stacked on each other.  And the question of the application at bottom also has all the icons in to access programs.

So now, for example, I can not find and open my program of contacts.  But, I know that the information is still there because I can use the voice dialing function to call the numbers that I don't know.

The only icons, I can access to get to the programs is through the 'toggle' (alt and esc) functionality.  Here I have the PTT, messages, bbmesenger, home, phone and icons of browser I can access.

I bought the phone the end of last year and just put update to v 4.5 a few weeks ago.

What suggestions anyone would the best method to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Moutari

I don't have it in fromt of me at the moment, but through the Application Loader, there should be an option button or advanced you can hit. In this screen, you can select the option to erase all applications or something like that. Do erase all the device and reinstall the OS. Let me know if you see this option.

  • RealPlayer does not open due to missing file MSVCP90.dll

I try to open realplayer and every time I get the same error message: Realplayer does not open due to missing file MSVCP90.dll. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a clean version and it's the same result every time! What I am doing wrong? How can I solve this problem? I have a laptop HP 1030NR which uses xp edition sp3 family. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

The problem is that RealPlayer needs pieces of Visual Studio/Visual C++ libraries and that is not finding them on your system.  You do not have to install all this junk - just distribution (like MSVCP90.dll) files.

You can look in Add/Remove programs and see what Microsoft Visual C++ redistributes you have installed right now (you can have none).  I installed them in 2005.  You may have none or more installed.

I would like to download the latest Package Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable and install it from here:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=5555

Reboot and see if RealPlayer is happy now.

Hello. I use XP SP3 with all post-SP3 updates critical. Windows Media Player 9 does not work. When I try to reinstall, I'm stuck: the 9xmigrat.dll of file on (unknown) you need to type the path where the file is located and then click ok. RunDLL is a legitimate Windows file that runs / loads .dll (Dynamic Link Library) modules, which can also be legitimate or sometimes malicious associated. RunDLL could not start message occurs generally when the .dll file that is configured to run at startup in the registry or as a scheduled task has been deleted. Windows attempts to load this file (s) but cannot locate because the file was most likely removed during an anti-virus or anti-malware analysis.
