Final export too big file size, I have to use H.265 (HEVC) instead of H.264?

I export a project to a DVD and with the planned size H.264 is more than 9 GB, too big even for double layer DVD because they can only fit around 8 GB. Should I export with H.265 instead of H.264? the size of the file planned for H.265 is 7 GB.

Try 4.2 data rate, using 2-Pass VBR and the min and max value too, so maybe 2-4.2 - 7

As a result of DVD - HQ: Bitrate & GOP calculator using Encore 192 k audio by default

Remember that quality is not very good at this length, unless you use a double-layer disc, then you could go 7 CBR for the quality. From a HD source? Checkbox for 'Max rendering quality' for the best scaling.

Thank you

Jeff

  • Problem trying to export in larger file size.

I need to print a banner of a 20' x 8' for a show. Logo and text are export ready, but any size, I put the export size to, I seem to be limited to 2400 dpi and an image that is about 1.5 "tall. Now, I know that this translates into approximately a 24 "image at 150 dpi (or something like that happens to be). 100-150 ppi is fine, it's just a banner, but I have even greater need.

    What gives?

I'm a bit new to Illustrator, use only a few times a year max.

Thanks in advance for your help.

your print in the OP size is 1.5 "in height as you say. It's very small. not sure if your limit is the 2400 ppi or overall pixel size. all of the questions.

anyway. PSD is too limited to a certain pixel size. an image can be so great, then you must use a different format. I know not the point break, which could be a problem too.

Anyway, if simply trying to get into photoshop, a simple copy and paste will work. configure your file size you need in photoshop, then copy and paste your layout of the Illustrator. No exporter is necessary.

  • LR3 Export jpg incorrect file size

I have a file CR2 4752 x 3168 and 22,22 MB that I want to export in jpg format. I select the resolution to 72 with dimensions of 1024 x 683 (the biggest on the side are 1024) with a limit of 150 KB file. I get a file that is 155KO with the indicated dimensions / resolution. I put the maximum file 130 KB size and get a file that is 155 KB. I have to set the limit to 100 KB to keep less than 150 KB file size. I can do the same thing in CS5 to help save it to the Web without any problem.

It is not that hard to convert and resize an image web import limits.

This is a bug in LR3. Kind of attachment in LR 3.2RC, except when you use the size limit of files and the watermark, the watermark will appear on export, so another bug was introduced.

  • After effects does not provide because of a big file size?

I recorded video clips in an x 264 codec (AVI) and well since I can't import in AAE (he does not recognize them) I just did some editng wit sony vegas and made the full uncompressed 1080 p video and it was about 20 s GB total. I added in AAE add some color corrections and preview RAM worked normally, but when I tried to make out in blu ray format it would fail within 4 seconds of rendering. I tried other formats and it does not work I even tried to take off from the thought of color correction that it was but has always failed. is after effects not stable with heavy file sizes?

or if my ram is not im engough (3 GB), the upgrade to earlier however.

any help would be apreciated so I know what to do in the future thank you very much.

The total size of the file is not really relvant.

The important part is by the use of frame memory.

What operating system do you use? Famine of RAM may be worse in Win XP 32, as the total RAM available for applications combined is 2.7 GB.

Try this - made model to a lossless format (as Animation Quicktime, huge file, but you can delete it later), and then close AE and launch Adobe Media Encoder in stand-alone mode and try to encode using your programmed SOUL Blu - Ray player.

  • too big files in pdf export

I'm using CS5 FW on a PC. Whenever I export a PDF multi-page document, pages export about 150% of what they should be. The document is always 72 dpi 100%, so I know this isn't a resolution problem. Anyone ideas?

    Have you tried:

    1. In Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, select Edition > Preferences.

    2. In the left pane, select Page display.

    3. The value Custom resolution 72 pixels per inch.

    4. Set the value to 100% Zoom.

This should improve the quality of rendering to the screen.

Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

Read the above for a very good graph shows how backward more than 5 days in the System Restore Points by checking the correct box.

If the above does not fix it:

Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your laptop computer-graphics/computer card > drivers and downloads Section > key in your model number > look for the latest Vista drivers > download/install them.

    Then:

    Change the screen resolution

Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

  • Photoshop creates too big files and I am not able to save

    Hello

I have a problem with the creation of the posters and flyers in photoshop.

Usually, before using the CC of the PSD in PSD C6 B1 poster would be about 150 MB, now a regular poster has more than 4 GB and I can not save as TIFF or PSD or whatever it is.

I am really frustrated and so so late with projects for my clients.

What is the problem with this Photoshop? I'm a graphic designer and use the product for the 12-13 years, I have never encountered such problems.

    Thank you!

Cannot save as PSB or the other.

    This error message you get?

You might accidentally switched to 300ppcm?

Could you please post a screenshot with the size of the Open Image dialog box to illustrate the problem?

Hi - I have a 64 - bit system with 256 GB of RAM.  It will be certainly necessary for its function. How can I configure the pagefile for this monster?  I can't seem to find specific guidance on this.  1.5 times the size of the RAM, I'm looking at a page 384GB file - of course, I have the storage for it, but at such magnitude, that old directive still apply?

  • Why is my much smaller file size than when I used the adobe ideas

I use adobe ideas and my drawings are usually on 10 meg. Now, using Adobe draw my file for the very similar designs size is only 1 meg. How can I change the size of the files to get the maximum resolution?

    Hi Magicwand,

The only way to increase the size of the drawing is to be sent to the desktop computer. You use the versions of creative cloud of our software?

  • Is there a file size limit when you use Adobe send?

What is the largest file I can download using Adobe send?

At this point, we have solved most of the problems encountered by users with large files via Adobe send.

Although there is no "hard" limit, you should be able to send files of 2 GB or more.

  • Export file is too big, but the compression is very poor

    Hello

I have a movie I did in Adobe Premiere, but when I export without compression, to two minutes comes up more than 5 concerts!  The quality is great, even lossless, but to tackle the problem of file size, I have chosen to compress during export.  The thing is any compression I use, (I tried divX, xvid, RADIUS cinepex or something) all seem to really make the bad quality.  I tried different settings.  is there something that you guys can recommend?

My images are mostly people who talk to each other, with restricted circulation in the market.  Nothing fast like a sporting event, or anything.  Thanks a lot guys.  PS: If it helps, I can leave my computer on days, something to code if this makes it of superior quality while keeping the size low.

How did you capture miniDV matter? How did you 852 x 480 resolution?

  • The Lightroom export file size: why it's so small? How can I maximize the picture quality?

My image file size is much smaller after editing and export through Lightroom. It is impossible to maintain the size of the original file in order to preserve image quality? This small file size will have a negative impact on the prints? Any help is appreciated!

The file size is not an indicator of picture quality! You are looking at the wrong measure.

File size is determined by the number of pixels you have, the quality slider in the dialog box export and of a dozen other things, most of which you cannot control.

Want to watch the number of pixels (width and height) and not the size of the file.

It is impossible to maintain the size of the original file in order to preserve image quality?

Not only is impossible, that it is also meaningless (see above)

This small file size will have a negative impact on the prints?

Instead look at the size of the file, you must look at the number of pixels of the exported photo (width and height), and this will determine if you get a decent impression. The usual standard is that you need 300 pixels per inch.
