  You can't find. Once he lost you can set a new one.   Unfortunately, no one here can help you with this. BIOS password is very important security feature, and it cannot be resolved in some public forums.
  This can be solved with only authorized service.

  Response code can be given only by Toshiba and they don't give it to anyone. Authorized service provider can only get it after checking if the laptop has not been stolen.
  Contact the nearest Toshiba service provider and they can help you wth this.
