• CS6: Cerebral vascular accident/Exchange-Find object weight?

  Hi all

  First time using the find/replace in CS6 object query.

  I would like to look for or reduce a specific race on all chassis weight in my document (in this case, they are all graphics frames, but I can't make it work)

  I tried all the Executive Search, blocks of text, graphic images, in the Document, but the query is not all bad traits. (I watched a Lynda.com tutorial and it looked so easy, but I can't understand why he is not looking for them. (none of the objects are locked)

  Is there an attribute that I have to uncheck in the Options of Format object of research to ensure that it searches only the race? Thanks for any input.

  I want to locate clusters of the object in a .tiff image group. I would ilke to find the center of mass and the average value of pixels in each cluster (so that I can calculate the center of mass of the aggregate). In addition, I would like to draw polygon (sqiggly lines) indicating the perimeter of each cluster (similar to the example of MaginWand2). Each Image can contain one or more groups. I'm developing a stand-alone appliction using .net. I'd appreciate any help in this.

  That's what I did to get the center of mass of the cluster:

  1 called method of CountAndMeasure on the KING to get a report on all objects in the KING

  2 called LightMeterRectangle on each rectangle encompassing obtained in step 1.

  3. get the average intensity of each rectangle of the report object returned in step 2

  4 multiply the average intensity on the surface of the rectangle to get the total intensity. This isn't quite the full intensity it's only proportioal to the total intensity. This is acceptable in our application.

  5 used this total intensity and the center of gravity of the rectangle to calculate the center of the total mass of all the objects that have been identified.

  This solution seems acceptable for our application. Please make one commits. I have not found a way to reproduce the MagicWand feature in this console application again. I'll leave for later.

  Suggestions for future improvements:

  1 LightMeterRectangle will return the total intensity

  2 CountAndMeasureObjects will return the total number of pixels in the rectangle.

• 4.1EA2: very slow opening of research comes from the results window to find objects of DB

  Hello

  I want to report a possible regression that does not exist in the latest version 4.0 SQLDev.

  When you use the window find a DB object to look for certain database objects (for example: plsql packages), research results are returned enough fast, but as soon as I click on one of the search results, SQLDev 4.1EA1 takes several tens of seconds to open the object selected in 4.0 is almost immediately with the same result of research with the same database.

  The bad part of this slowdown is that the entire user interface of SQLDev seems to be frozen and no further action can be performed until the object was opened.

  The slow pace does not seem to depend on the type of object that I click on and it is the first time that I click on a search result, as the second time the same object opens immediately also in 4.1EA1.

  Please note that I work connected to the schema of a database of eBusiness Suite which is known to have lots and lots of objects defined APPS.

  Anyone who suffers?

  Is it possible for the developers test the next versions EA also against huge data bases such as the eBS?

  This has been bugged awhile ago as bug RDBMS 12752772

  Regardless of this correction of RDBMS, it looks like we have a work around. Can you please check that the query

  I can't find the tool object of editing under the advanced editing tools. Only the link tool appears. (see screenshot)

  I move a movieclip to the screen every where on the screen during the movement I will hit or overlap other objects on the screen. I want to find the name of objects that overlap my movieclip or hitting.

  for example, I used trace (my_mc.hitTestObject (objnames). Here, the objnames can be any object (video clips) on the screen. I want to find what hitted my movieclip object...

  Please help me... its like a game project.

  You can't get any inf that modify the object. But for future allow AUDIT for DDL and my query allows to get information about who and when modified table.

• 4.0 EA1 - DB Find object

  If I do a search for a table that I know exists in a specific schema and I have this done specified schema TIC TAC (is not the scheme I am logged in as I am logged in as APPS to object to research in human resources) it is not found if all object Types are selected. If I uncheck DATABASE_LINK, it looks for the object, if I include it again the object is not found.

  I had some APPS and HR schema makes TIC TACS

  It seems that dba_db_links is not visible, even if are dba_objects. Fixed for ai2.

  Yes, but only after the activation of AUDIT

  It is not enabled by default because it is expensive to build up this level of detail.

  You can try xfa.layout.y ("objectname", "units must be returned...") default is points"). The same formula applies for x and h which you may need later.

  Hi, I am a newbie, busy with LabView evaluation, so I'm on Chapter 2 of the "Getting Started" document on the Panel before 2010. This means that I'm trying to follow a program of self teaching, to generate the VI second in the tutorial.

  I received an error script, as mentioned in the title of this post, I have attached a screenshot. Run the script after the error, it's understandable results in no action.

  It's my second post along this journey of discovery. I mention this because perhaps my previous problems are related. During the installation, there was internal mistakes, 2203, relating to different files, I added this page for info. There was also a failure to update, also attached screenshot. I posted these two errors and thanks to a reader, learned that the Installer error is a known situation, there was a link to follow. I followed the link, the installation program has been resolved and I loaded the patch of LabView. After that, everything seemed fine, I have generated the first VI in the tutorial OK. If everything looks OK in respect to the LabView core - or is it?

  This problem of script. I don't know if this is a bug in Help file or if this is due to an incompatibility, software or OS issue. I wonder if my LabView installation is damaged or not and if so, the best approach to tackle the problem.

  I am running 64 bit Windows 7 on Lenovo ThinkPad laptop.

  Any suggestions, anyone please? Suggestions gratefully accepted.

  In summary, all right, it was a permissions issue administrator after all (despite my perceptions to the contrary). I explain more below with a few screenshots, in the case where others strike the same problem.

  FYI I LV 2010 64-bit, I downloaded from the web site of NOR. Installation reports that there no drivers, I guess I'll have to install those via a separate download on time?

  Just a question before the details of fixed error below, test screws that I generate in this evaluation version will be available for me when I upgrade to a purchased version, or I'll have to redo them?

  OK, what about administrator rights. So what's an administrator NOT really an administrator?

  Although I am the administrator on this PC (work), I used to have a restricted account that was dug for me by our technician COMPUTER recently. Despite this expansion of the rights, I had (as a new administrator) to grant me as a user, additional administrative rights on the user account. "Full control". I also had to add admin rights to the file 2010 itself as explained in your article "2203. (See screenshots).

  So - I thought initially I full administrator rights, but I still need to "tweak" the rights on my account on the file 2010 itself AND don't run as administrator, making sure no other program was working. I had to uninstall the old installation, since the change of administrator rights does NOT have the thing alone, I always have an error 2203 about 70% through the installation during the attempt of these various chages. I have therefore had to start from scratch, the update is successfully ran to install the fix for 2010 and there is no errors, so maybe admin initially undermined the rights as the app too when I installed the first time?

  In any case the update from the admin, then uninstall and reinstall did the trick! Now the link for help on the lower right of the front LV application page executes and the 'Open example' and 'Examples' within the detailed help window buttons, work as announced without any script errors.

  Although you probably have names on your model, your VRML (.wrl) file does not work. If you try to open the file with a text editor, you can fix this by adding the following statement before processing:

  Basis of DEF transform {}

  This will allow you to access the location of the VI to find. The error is because LabVIEW has not found the name in your VRML.
