  There is not a version of Firefox for Android available for Amazon products, but there is a way that you can download and use it on your device.

I use the same username and password for all except for Sync, which has a different format, to make it easy, but each of them must be configure each one separately.

  I had this problem too and finally found the problem is that my download folder was missing from my storage device. So I just manually created a /download/ folder and I was able to save pictures again.

  Sync is worth a try, but it is not finished, then you definitely need something more. Personally, I lean toward a manual backup, for example, level Windows copies all of the profile folder. I have never tried MozBackup.

  Once you scan your computer, check to see if you can view the files and images that seem to have lost.
