Firefox does not display correctly the https sites

Could someone please explain why some sites such as twitter, google are show as content encrypted in firefox, if you are using HTTPS. When you use with HTTP, they are very good.

  • Firefox does not display correctly

    Today, Firefox has begun to view Gmail in a weird way as the Mozilla support page is weird. Both are unusable in Firefox. but the two appear normal in Chrome. I have screenshots of the two sites, but am unable to find how to download on this site. Basically, the options menu on the two sites are empty. Other sites may also be affected. I restored Firefox by default, but this has not fixed the problem. Any ideas on how to fix this please?

    You can not attach a screenshot in the first row who starts a thread, but you can do it in subsequent responses.

    Use a type of compressed as PNG or JPG image to save the screenshot.

  • photo screen saver does not display correctly the photos

    I've been running the screen saver of pictures on my Windows XP computer for quite awhile with no problems.  Recently however photos have been displayed too high on my monitor actually cut the top of the photo.  I don't know what changed, but I would really like to know how to restore it.

    I have my system dual monitors.  Windows allows you to drag you monitors around do them work together properly.  I had to drag the main monitor to a higher position.  It corrects the problem.

  • CSS styles does not display on the Web site

    I just revamped a site previously created in DW8 using DWCS4. When previewing in Firefox 3.5.2 and Safari 4.0.3 everything looks and works very well. After you download the files to my server (Go Daddy). It seems I've lost my CSS. It's a rich image site (any navigation are gifs) with 6 pages, but all that appears is the unformatted text. No image, no DIVs. I created the site using a Dreamweaver template, saved in XHTML format (prior site HTML). I'm on a MacPro 10.5.8. I downloaded the files to aid in DW8 and then tried again with Fetch. Same results. There is no broken links, images or CSS in my local version and all files seem to be where they should be on the site. Here's the URL.

    I also get the following error message: the content of this page requires a version more recent Adobe Flash Player (the header image is a swf file). But that's the least of my worries. It seems that when I have a problem, I'm going big! Sorry if I'm hiking.

    In regards to the message about the swf file: If you again insert the swf file: Insert > media > SWF will be inserted the code to date.

  • Firefox Beta 34 56 emissions: in the finder, not firefox, same platform, firefox does not display on the desk top

    Firefox is no longer present in the Finder, dock or Desktop. It shows open to connect you under preferences. Firefox 56 present in the Dock. Has happened since the last update Beta 34. I don't know what that means "56." How can I fix this. Thank you.

    Update: Firefox beta 34 disappeared completely from my computer. I finished the download version 33 and everything seems OK now. Still have no idea what happened past.

  • Firefox does not display the changes on the site after the remote host; Refresh does not work

    I recently had to reinstall Windows 7 on my machine, and since it has been wiped off I installed CS5, reconfigured my Dreamweaver site and made changes to our page index.html (so far).  After you put the files on my remote server, I noticed that Firefox does not display the changes I made to this file - it is to show the page previously recorded on my CS4 version.  Thinking it was a cache problem, I emptied, refreshed/reloaded several times, restarted Firefox - nothing has worked.

    I checked the page in IE8 and all changes are not displayed correctly.  I used BrowserLab to display a preview in IE, Firefox (same version 3.6 which I use) and Safari, and all 3 display correctly version update of the page.  Visualization in 'live' of Firefox seems to be the problem, and I've looked everywhere for answers. Help is needed and appreciated!

    It is possible that you redefined the site incorrectly and put the files to the wrong address on the server. Carefully check both your local and remote sites definitions.

  • I just downloaded Firefox 4.01 but it does not display correctly.

    I've downgraded to 3.6.17 and then installed Firefox 4.01 again but this does not solve the problem, or don't leave the browser and entering again or restart the computer.

    Try:

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

    If this does not work in mode without failure, then disable all extensions and then try to find out who is the cause by allowing both the problem reappears.

    • Choose "Disable all add-ons" on issues to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode to set window to disable all extensions.
    • Close and restart Firefox after each change through "file > exit ' (Mac: ' Firefox > leave";) Linux: "file > exit ')

  • Firefox does not display a text on some pages.

    I noticed that on some pages, Firefox does not display some texts. I have the latest version of Firefox installed and my flash and java are updated. The text appears correctly on Chrome and IE. Please see my example in the screenshots of the stevenson.edu Web page. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem or if there is some kind of plugin need me to see some content?     The site appears to be using an old 1.2.0 version of MooTools which is not compatible with curent releases Firefox.

    In the meanwhile the grandchildren and self have learned to use IE10 instead of Firefox that we prefer.
