  In Time Machine, I restored version Feb 19, I find that the library was complete at this date, but the library has the same gap to date.

  I would be grateful for any suggestion. I didn't have it backed up to the cloud. Please have mercy, I'm not that tech-letter, so I would appreciate instructions step by step to the intermediate level.

  The mailto: protocol automatically asks you what you want to use when you click mailto: links. Default value for me on Ubuntu is Thunderbird.

  You can't exactly use your e-mail address for the to do directly from Firefox (Firefox is not a messaging application), but you really need to sign in to your account of Qwest and copy / paste the e-mail address of the recipient.

  Another thing to do is to synchronize your mail from Qwest for Thunderbird, then when you want to use mailto:, you can choose Thunderbird with ease.

  Just checked Youtube and it does not work, all I get is a black screen with a circle of rotation.

  Check downdetector.com and Isitdownrightnow.com and many other people around the world have reported the same problem even if Youtube is playing very well for them on other browsers like Chrome.

  I am perfectly up-to-date on my Firefox and Flash and Youtube worked very well for me yesterday.

  I use it daily for my landline or mobile to the Canada to landlines in the Brazil and apparently receivers to the Brazil can hear me but I can't hear anything on my phone. I tried 3 different phones (mobile and fixed) and got the same result. It began on Friday, May 23.

  Something really weird: update of Muse this week at 2015.1. Since then when I add new images to my site they do not come up not in the version of phone (after downloading via FTP). I use not sensitive but have for desktop/tablet/phone fixed width pages. Before this week to update new images and other page immediately changes appeared in the downloaded version of phone. Normally, I discover with the Chrome browser on an Android phone - have not checked on iPhone yet. I also checked with the Firefox browser on Android phone and the new images are not displayed in this case either, so I think that the issue should be at the end of Muse.

  Anyone else notice a question like that, or have any suggestions? Thank you very much

  Thank you, Catherine. I did it on the Chrome phone's browser. Just did the new updates on my site and checked the phone. None of the new pictures are coming. Site is the same as it was days ago. Desktop version immediately displays the updates.

  Checks the version of the phone and Firefox browser does not display updates, so I guess, there may not be a problem of the browser cache as no browser is shownig updates and new images.

  What do you think could be the problem? This afternoon, I'll be in a store and will check the version of the tablet to see if updates appear on them. (I am not a Tablet).

• When I open Firefox a video of two girls shopping and a guy on a phone replace the icon until I have stop with the Task Manager. A normal icon returns when it reopened. .

  When I open the Firefox browser a normal icon appears for a few moments and then is replaced by a link to a video. When I played the video it shows two young women shopping and a young man talking on his cell phone comes and seems to describe the choice of girls at the shopping to someone on the phone. The girls look concerned, and the message seems to be something about privacy. It is a bit odd and ends abruptly. Initially, I assumed the video was published by Firefox, but I'm not sure. It has been on my computer for months. Sometimes I can go to Firefox and see a normal homepage, but usually, that is quickly replaced by this. If I go on Manager tasks and 'end task' to Firefox, I can then open the Firefox browser and it will be normal with just the icon of Firefox and no link to the video.

  Firefox shouldn't be gel like this; Looks like something is wrong.

  Could you try to remove Firefox and then reinstall it to? Maybe with a new start, Firefox will be better behaved.

  Warning: this will wipe all your data Firefox from your phone - including bookmarks, history, etc.

  To do this:

  1. Open the game Google store
  2. Search for "Firefox".
  3. In the search results, tap on Firefox to see full information
  4. Press the button Uninstall
  5. Once the uninstall is complete, click install to reinstall Firefox.

  Let us know if this solves the problem!
