• CC of Photoshop (2015) now closes to the boot after the last update (December 15, 2015)

  After the last update (December 15, 2015) to Photoshop CC (2015), at startup, the little splash screen comes up for a few seconds, then closes.  Photoshop just never came up, and there is no error message from Windows (8.1, fully patched) or Ps.  I look at startup in the Task Manager, I see Photoshop.exe come during these few seconds, then disappear.  While the splash screen is in place, and briefly showing the msgs little progress, happens to one that says "shared components... Initializing." "whereupn it closes.  Everything was working fine yesterday (before the update), and the update process actually all went well for a change, with no error message it is.  The platform is a Toshiba Qosmio laptop, and as far as I see it, there is no update for the graphics drivers, etc.  All other programs (including Ps CS6) work very well.  Suggestions?

• InDesign CC 2015 - starts not at all after the last update! Help!

  It seems that your phone does not load at the moment. I would use this section of the following article to help you solve this problem:

  Just updated Photoshop CC 2015 through creative application of cloud on a Pc Dell with Windows 10 x 64, Nvidia K2000M graphics card.

  The central part of the screen is now blinking/flashing; I can barely take the menu command (menu is ok band) and when I open a new or existing, flashing file disappeared, BUT cursor continue to change arrow to hourglass, and everything is very slow (also another operation in Windows or other programs are strongly slowed down)

  It is impossible to work!

  Driver nvidia updated to the latest version (354.42); considers that the use of the NVIDIA processor AND/OR graphics card integrated via Control Panel Nvidia

  The workspace start seems to be the cause.

  Go to the Photoshop preferences > General > uncheck show the splash screen > restart Photoshop and check again.

  I have a Mac on OS X El Capitan - the laptop and CS6 has been provided by the services of disability United Kingdom studying for my studies (I don't have a disc only my password code because that's the way they provide the software). I bought a subscription to the CC but couldn't afford it for another year so cancelled. Now, I can't open my CS6 as it happens with the CC renew screen. I tried to uninstall CC using the uninstall program on my computer but it won't let me. I am an artist with a large number of Bill and I can't access photoshop or first, or one of my Adobe software and I get extremely worried and anxious, and because of my disability I can not do it somewhere else. Can any member of staff or people smart tech out there advise me please?

  in the pop up that says to renew the subscription.  Locate the option named "Have a different Adobe ID".

  Click on it and then connect with new Adobe ID and then use your CS 6 serial number to activate.
