Typing in characters do not appear possible matches (name/email selected option). However, CTRL + SHIFT + F works very well in the address book search.   I recently purchased a 4500 want and need a cartridge replacement for the first time today, so I bought a pack HP combo, black and Tri-couleur, NUMBER 61 at Walmart. After receiving the error "Cartridge for the older generation of printer" I did some research to see that this is a common problem but was unable to find out how to get a refund or a replacement cartridge. Obviously, I opened the package the cartridge came in so I can't go back to Wal-Mart, nor do I feel that I have it back to them because it is intact and open.

  Please let me know how I can go about getting a replacement of HP cartridge or a refund of my purchase. Again, I bought exactly what the sticker inside the printer indicates "61" so I think it should definitely be covered by HP. If they had simply given the cartridge required a different number, it simply avoidable.

  I called HP and they told me that I had to go back to Walmart for a refund. Only after that I did they would replace my 2 cartridges if Wal-Mart does not. I have already learned by Wal-Mart that they won't take them back because they are open and there is nothing visibly wrong with them. I explained to my HP representative that I would sell my HP printer and put an end to my relationship with HP. It was only after I said what he said HP would replace my cartridges, but that it was a 'one time with permission' and that I needed to be more careful in the future.

  HP please let me be clear, you do not have me any courtesy, the way I see things you did was to correct your own fault. I did appreciate really not how the incident turned as if it was my fault that I bought the wrong cartridge. I would have had much less of a problem with that if HP had apologized and admitted that they had made a mistake. I'll keep this interaction in mind next time I'm considering purchasing an HP product.

  If anyone had this same problem in the future do not waste your time, just call HP directly and be very clear with what you would like to do.

  You can do in PSE.

  1. Do the math to see how much space you'll need on your canvas to the image and text.
  2. Navigate to the file queue > new.blank. Enter the width & height, background color, resolution 72 px / in. It is your canvas, and in the layers palette will be the background layer.
  3. Copy and paste the image. It turns on a separate layer
  4. Activate the tool move, position the image and resize if necessary
  5. Activate the text tool, and then type your text. It will be on a separate so layer
  6. Position the text.
  7. Flatten layers and go to file > save for web. I'm usually on the long side about 800 px. Don't forget to check "constrain proportions". Adjust the quality slider to suit. You will probably want the type of JPEG file for web work.

  Sorry, but to be honest, I'm sure that Toshiba or Microsoft distributes the horses of Trojan or virus with the new product.

  I think that your antivirus software gives you a false alarm and that's it!
  But about the antivirus, you wrote that you have installed "VET AV". I've never heard of this program, maybe that's the problem you have. This could be the Trojan disguised as antivirus program.

  In my opinion, you need to install a reliable antivirus program. AntiVir is a great freeware tool. Alternative, I recommend Kaspersky.
