  In Muse, when you click a link to an anchor, Muse is trying to align the anchor point to the top left of the browser, that's why you see a vertical movement. To resolve this problem, I would recommend that you line up your anchors on the left margin of the browser.

  The first version was a bit buggy, but later is quite nice. The advantage is that it integrates with pretty good DW. Their products are constantly improving, especially with the disappearance of uninstalling... Many people here suggests things like cushy CMS and seed content.
