  You get usually just a serial number by program... a list of 24 numbers, 6 sets of 4.

• First elements install after that I had to remove it

  I installed first elements, it used a few days, then it loads more.

  I therefore decided to remove the program and reinstall it. Unfortunately, on the installation, I get an error message me saying that something was wrong.

  Please use the cleanup tool to remove the Premiere Elements completely from your machine: use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  After that, download it again and install it: Download Adobe Premiere elements 14, 10, 11, 12, 13

• I d/l both photoshop and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  Installation is done in what concerns the extraction of files...

  I downloaded the Bundle Photoshop elements 14 and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  The installation gets as much as self-extracting files, giving me the opportunity to run or open the folder that contains the files, and then tells me to restart may be pending, so restart the computer and repeat the installation process. After that, it gets as much again and if I click on ignore after the r/s message, he stops and tells me to download a nonexistent program fromadobe to solve the problem.  He does this for items as well photoshop and first. Apparently I should call adobe during the hours of assistance.  I work during the opening hours. Records of installation of the GZ files which mean nothing to me.

  Desperately seeking help. Refund for downloaded software is impossible.

  If you had installed the trial version, then you can only use the serial number of your DVD to activate to use fully.  The only thing that limits the free trial to be exactly the same as the full version is the time limit.  When you activate the trial version, the delay is removed.

  Restore Time Machine backup Adobe programs generally does not work because of hidden registration files. However, as indicated in the link provided by rictac, you can download your Adobe programs and activate them with your existing serial number.   However, you can simply install Premiere Elements of the new computer and activate it. If not, then you will need to contact Adobe customer service and use the 'chat' option - they will help reset your activation:

  When selecting Add multimedia elements, I get: [..-.. \Src\Timecode.cpp-1014] error several times, when the capture window finally arrives he says that the capture device is currently offline.

  I think I solved this problem.

  I have a number of external USB connected, for example, hard drives, webcams, mouse, keyboard etc., devices so I unplugged individual devices until I found that the Error 1014 is more appeared when adding media.  I plugged the other USB devices back in but kept the last disconnected device and can now add media from my miniDV via firewire.

  I don't think we can let off the hook here PE11, since I had no problems with USB so far and each capture freeware program that I tried did not have a video capture problem I had plugged in any USB device.
