  then, in the Adobe Premiere element 10 folder, scroll down to see the files

  Adobe Premiere Elements 10. exe (opens to the Welcome screen)

  and

  Adobe first Elements.exe (open and bypass the Welcome screen)

  Click with the right button on the one that you want, select sent to: pop - up the list, and select "desktop (create shortcut)".

• Installation problem.  First elements 11.

  So just picked up first items 11.  Try to install on my deskstop.  Windows 8, i7, 16 GB of ram etc etc.  A lot of power to run this program.
  Loads of disk, autoplay.  I select 'install first elements 11' selection of the language, some install windows set up thing appears, works a progress for a second bar, and then it appears.

  I click on ok at the bottom and nothing!  I tried to cancel the registration/Reregistration windows installer, tried a different admin account.  Im just at a loss to know what to do now.

  Something on your system is preventing access to the registry and temporary folders. What it is that we cannot know. Also, make sure your Windows Update. These errors often appear when an update is badly spent and damaged the installer...

• Problem installing Photoshop elements 11.

  For the third time... I'm unable to install Photoshop elements 11.  There is a loop about Roxio Burn E:.  These files are in use... and need to update.  When I "click" the file in the dialog... is highligted. I click on continue... the same message appears.  There is a line.  How can I fix it?

  Nicholas, I recommend to review your log files to determine the exact problems you are facing.  Please see Troubleshooting installation using newspapers | Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/troubleshoot-install-using-logs-elements.html for more information on how to locate and interpret log files.

  You can also try to remove Roxio software you have installed if it is in conflict.  Please make sure that you always have good available installation files in the case where you need to reinstall the software at a later date.

  You're not likely to find Premiere Elements 4.0 available anywhere, but you can try searching the site below.  In my view, they wear only return as well as version 8.

  Adobe premiere elements and photoshop combined has 5 installation diskettes. I have ms vista & installed disc 1, and then tries to continue with disk2. This has not been accepted.

  My question is can I install all 5 disks or just not 1. If all 5 Why can't I properly install disc 2 go?

  I try to install my Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements recently purchased.

  Photoshop Elements installed without problem.

  When I tried to install the first items I received the following error message: "the installation process has encountered an error during the installation of the shared Technologies. If please restart your system and try again. "System restart has not changed anything.

  I found and ran Adobe Support Advisor but he only said to me, 'Inspection could not identify any problems ".

  So the questions are is anyone of another light this and person know wat to do about it?

I found the serial number on my account and downloaded the software, but it does not install. Normally on a mac you just drag it on the hard drive to install. There is no option. • Problems installing Photoshop elements on WIndows (64-bit) 10 14.

  I bought the software at the same time I got a new Dell laptop. The software has been a download online. Whenever I try to install, I get an error message which says that the software is not compatible on a 64 bit system, although is it supposed to be. I have files disabled anti-virus, uninstalled/removed, re-downloaded... always the same exact error message. I also contacted Dell Tech Support and they remotely access my computer and tried to install it... same problem. Any help is appreciated!

• Problem installing Adobe Elements 11

  I bought 11 elements yesterday evening to install on my mac.  But do not install the files I downloaded.  I think I can have the WIN files instead of MAC files, but when I come back to the Adobe download link, it has no option to download anything, except the files that I've tried (and Yes, I tried the TWO the Akemi Download Manager and download alternative method / the two give me just the same) unusable files).

  You guys can do to help me? Is different one correct file that you can send me? Or refund my money so I can buy it once again, correctly?  Help!

  I checked your order history and order placed was for the Windows platform, it's why that you are unable to download on a Mac. You can make a cross-platform Exchange and get the serial number for Mac. View this document on the process.

  While the process finishes, you can download the trial version for elements 11 from here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and once you receive a serial number for Mac, you can convert the trial into a full licensed version. It is a simple process.

  I tried 3 times to download Photoshop elements 13 from the CD and the same error code is displayed FATAL: DS003: installation package is possibly corrupt.  Any advice would be great.

  Try to download the installation files instead of using the Disc... you can use the serial number of the drive to activate.
