  It would be preferable that you contact customer service to see how you can transfer membership or get a refund adjusted for months unused so that you can cancel and start a new membership. I had to do something similar and this is what worked for me.

  I had an older version first pro, flash swf. Now in the CC version no longer works. What must I do to return the flash movies?

  Flash (SWF and FLV) support are no longer supported in current versions of Premiere Pro. You could try covering files SWF in another format than first support or modify your SWF files in the older version of first.

  Exactly the error message as follows:

  There was a problem installing first Pro 2014...   Failed installation.   Setup has encountered an error.  Restart the system and try again (15) 15 0 1 fatal error exit code.  Error: media DB: 12

  I solved this by doing the following:

  > Install Adobe Creative Cloud

  > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\caps

  > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  >R einstalling Adobe Application Manager.

  According to the newspapers, I had problems with the media_db.db file that is located in the directory of caps.  Removal that does not solve it however, so I tried to reinstall the AAM.  Who had problems replacing the OOBE directory, so I deleted that too.  Then the things installed smoothly.  None of this worked until I also have installed however CCA.

  I hope I saved someone a few hours!

  The update broke the AMD CPU feature. Premiere Pro team working on a fix and will come out a patch soon as After Effects.
