  Do you have other Adobe applications installed on your computer?

  Navigate to C: > Program Files > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and check if the Adobe Premiere pro CS5 folder is created with files stay inside?

• First pro. external monitor does not show the images.

  First question double pro monitor.

  My film shows sporadically on the monitor.

  I'm running to update Premiere pro cc with Yosemite

  on the more powerful 15 "macbook pro 2015 with a nec pa272w monitor.

  Installation works perfectly with Lightroom and Photoshop.

  First, I have the screen selected in the preferences/reading and ok' ed.

  Transmission is checked in the program monitor menu.

  The monitor shows my first pro content, it is sometimes erratic. Usually after opening the program my images does not appear on the monitor. Then I go into preferences/reading and click the ok button and the area. Then I go back to my sequence and often after a pause of two seconds my work often shows on the monitor yet... sometimes, but not at the moment.

  In the preferences of my laptop, I have my monitors side by side with the menu bar on the screen of the laptop. I also tried to drag the open program of my laptop screen in the monitor and sometimes then the laptop screen will function as the external monitor and show my pictures. Then if I drag to the screen of my laptop I get the external monitor to show my project. However, this made the first collision. I also made sure that nothing on my laptop screen encroaches on the external monitor.

  Try this:

  Go to file > project settings > General and change the "Video Renderer" to "only Mercury playback engine software. Click 'OK' and select "Remove the Previews". Then check if you still have the same problem.

• First Pro CC works does not playback.

  When I open first Pro CC (CC 3.5.1.209) and create a new project or open an existing one everything works as it should until I click outside of the Adobe program. Once I decide to minimize and open a browser or even open a file location to drag and drop into the first, I'm unable to get all the files in the project window or a preview window.

  As long as I'm never leaving the Adobe window, I can import files leaving not creation and playback works fine. I can see the windows show the play and Stop buttons to change as I hit the SPACEBAR or clicking on them, but nothing happens. No audio or video playback.

  I have to close the first and reopen it to make it work properly again. So, whenever I leave the first I close the program and reopen the project.

  It is a major concern that is tedious and very annoying.

  Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?

  Maybe a problem with the audio hardware hanging or change in focus to another application, (you have other audio applications running in the background.  What browser do you - try another or update)?

  Go to the audio in the Preferences menu and select the audio device again.  See if that helps.

• Cannot reinstall Windows XP after the removal of Windows 8. The installation does not complete.

  I installed win 8 January last on a xp pro machine, which was in surplus. I uninstalled the victory 8 and now impossible to reinstall win xp pro

  The computer is a homemade which ran from win xp pro for several years. I installed win 8 trial knowing that it would take a new installation of XP Pro after the expiration of the 8 victory. I have reset my bios on a cd first and started in the installation cd after installing win xp, it went to boot, and the cd has been removed. a restart was launched and he went into the bios to save install and after the robot below the windows splash logo made 3 passes, he stopped at halfway. • PS & LR CC installation does not complete

  I try to install Lightroom and Photoshop CC (try-out versions) on a Windows PC 7pro but could not succeed on several occasions. Note: Only after a successful installation, I hit the button pay...

  The installation of creative cloud software installs perfect and I can choose all the applications to install. When installing (LR or PS) the installation will stop when you get to 85% (tried both several times after complete uninstall).

  There are no error codes displayed during installation; just keeps hanging at 85%. Service.exe Office Adobe always runs on the background to 12% of CPU (i7, 4810MQ). Installation of the second application is waiting for the completion of the first. Quite strange, the application is installed and can be used, but that I can install only 1 app I can't install LR en PS at the same time. After the reboot, creative cloud keeps looking for apps without finding, still running on the bottom without stopping. And Yes, I'm connected in the creative application of Cloud.

  I checked the log files and didn't find a single error. I uninstalled all the CC components, run Ccleaner for registry and renamed cleaning of temporary files, files in OOBE folder in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common to force a new installation of this file, which is installed by using the new user account on the same PC: all with the same result.

  All suggestions?

  ( Step 3)

  Rename/Delete Adobe file at the bottom of the places:

  (1) C:\Program Files > Adobe.

  (2) C:\Program (x 86) > Adobe.

  (3) C:\Program Files > common files > Adobe.

  (4) (x 86) C:\Program > Common Files > Adobe.

  (5) C:\Program Data > Adobe. (Hidden by default) [Enable the display of hidden files and folders]

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  It will open the Appdata folder.

  Open it, you will get 3 files.

  (6) local, > Adobe

  (7) local Low > Adobe

  (8) roaming. > Adobe

  Each will have to Adobe inside delete/rename it.

  Make sure that you had deleted/renamed Adobe file from all locations.

  Click on the link below and download Adobe application manager and install the same:

  http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

  Once the Adobe application manager is installed, it will create shortcut of Adobe application manager desktop.

  Double-click it, it will start the update process and is updated to the creative cloud desktop application.

  Then try to install Photoshop cc application and check.

• Dynamic links between the first Pro and AE does not

  I had this problem where dynamic link is grayed out in the menu of Premiere Pro, when I try to link a clip to AE. It's the same thing the opposite (i.e. of the AE at first), and also "replace it with after effects Comp" is grayed out as well. I'm using the CC (not CC 2014) version, so it should work?

  These versions are compatible.  I would expect it to work.

  Try to update the latest versions for all programs.

• Acrobat Pro XI Installation does not work - Adobe CC

  The school that I administer recently bought more licensing Adobe CC, which includes Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

  I used the creative cloud Packager to create installers for Acrobat XI on its own and as part of the full suite of applications.

  Everything installs fine except for Acrobat XI, there is no error during installation, however, the program is not visible in the Start Menu or Program Files, and if I look in programs and features, it is there, but with a generic white icon.

  I have redownloaded the software several times and tried to install it on multiple computers running Windows 7 32-bit Ent, including imaging re one PC with a new installation of Windows to see if it works.

  Just a parenthesis, please back up your installation files and other CD or disk backup for the future. Looks like a txt file, discuss the installation process would be too good.

• Flash Player installation does not complete

  Help! I'm at the end of my mind! Windows 9, 32-bit. I have uninstalled older versions of Flash Player and seem to be downloading, but after waiting several hours, am always on "step 2" download. "" Manager tasks indicates install_flashplayer is a process, but never finished. Have followed the instructions on the Adobe website, security in the Middle, the ActiveX filtering out etc. Any ideas gratefully received.

  Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking the link next and selecting "save target as."

  Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

  Save the file to your download folder or office, where you can find it - DO NOT run again.

  Restart your system - a hard reboot - arrested, waith 30 seconds and then restart.

  Before opening anything else, find the downloaded installer and run.

• Adobe first Pro CC trial does not open
