• First Pro CC2015 update: no reading and the program hangs at the end

  I just updated my first Pro CC2015.  I can't get any video for playback at all within the program, and when I eventually leave the program it just freezes and I have to force to leave.  I use an end of 2013 Mac Pro, 3.7 GHz, 32 GB of Ram.

  You must interpret the progressive film first.

  Select everything in the project window, right click, edit...

  Then proceed to the sequence.

  Try this:

  Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.

• After the upgrade to CC2015 Premiere Pro crashes everytime on the launch

  After the upgrade to CC2015 Premiere Pro seems to be the only program that does not work. It crashes every time on the launch.

  I am running Windows 8.1 on a laptop Alienware15.

  I have 2 video cards: Intel HD 4600 Graphics and AMD Radeon R9 M390X

  I have games updated for both driver.

  I'm not under a second monitor and I tried to uninstall the program several times and reboot the computer and logging in and out of the creation of clouds.

  I do not know how to log an incident report, but I would love to help with this problem since I was starting school in two days and I need this problem as soon as POSSIBLE. I have checked the forums and have yet to see a solution that doesn't involve no Mac and second monitors.

  I had already tried the shift + alt method nothing helps.

  I had a discussion with Adobe online help. After they disabled my graphics card, the program of Premiere Pro worked again. I was told to get a different graphics card of their 'approved list' of the graphics card. When I refused this option they renamed some system32 file for a "solution" to this problem. From what I can tell, they renamed the 'OpenCL.dll' to 'oldOpenCL.dll '.

  It seems to work now. So, until further notice, this problem has been resolved.

  Still no luck. I can import pictures and after about 2-3 seconds, it crashes!

  Hi oh_apollo,

  Please go to c:\windows\system32 and search for amdoc64.dll and removal of a file from there and move it to the desktop. Try running the application again.

  I recently worked on a project that included "rushes" en, .mxf;

  assistance in Premiere Pro, indicated that the software accepts some mxf but not all.

  When I import my footage in Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 or 2015.2 on my machine, it tells me that the files are not supported.

  If I do the same has chosen on another computer only (CC 2015.1 perhaps), it works without problem...

  Do you think that it is because of the recent update, or is it possible that other problems of compatibility can equipment?

  -Move files to a different location on your computer. (Make sure that the file structure is intact)

• Why can't I export 1080 p 60 on first pro CC2015?

  I shoot in HD 1080 p 60 FPS with my new Sony NX3 HD camera but when I go to export to Media encode first, closest I have to choose is HD1080i 29.97. I talked to B and H photo today and they said I should be able to export in HD 1080 p 60 FPS on Premiere Pro so what's the story. Please help if you can

  Hello.  I worked in a project in first pro 2015 cc and I have problems with nesting. I hope you guys can help. im a beginner so I have no idea what the problem is. It seems to me that when I nest several layers in a sequence and zoom, the resolution of the images inside the drops significantly.

  This is the expected result.  Upper scaled 100% cause visible degradation.

  I suggest the GTX 970 for less than $300. Use your savings to double your memory up to 32 GB and for a couple of SSDS. These last two investments will have far more impact on performance than buying a video card more expensive which is exaggerated absolute on your machine.

  To do what you want, go to your Pro first preferences > general and select the check box for the default scale to the size of the image.

  Click OK.
