  Note If you are using iCloud photo library (Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Photos > iCloud photo library) all photos you delete app Photos on your Mac will also be deleted photos at https://www.icloud.com/ and any other device connected to this library to iCloud. Apple offers no option only cloud storage for Photos. iCloud library is primarily designed for photos of synchronization between devices rather than as cloud storage only. You can reduce the amount of storage space required on your Mac by opening the photo and then click on Preferences in the menu called Photos, click on iCloud in the bar at the top of the preferences window and select "Optimize Mac Storage."

  First, make sure that the original image is larger that you need. It is easier to delete pixels that so add nonexistent pixels.

  Place the image in the template.

  In the menu filters, choose Convert to smart object. (Make sure that the image layer is selected before doing this step)

  Now reduce the size of the image of what you need (ctrl-t or cmd - t) when satisfied click return/enter.

  Because the image layer is a smart object, you can replace the inner image in another image and the scale will remain the same. You will find the option to replace the image in the layers > smart menu object.

  The width of the page in my book was 4,125 "with 0.25" margins on the sides. The title pages of each section have tabs to purge, and I needed to increase the size of the page to remove a text which was on the tabs, but off the page. I increased the width of the page 6 "and deleted text, but now I can't change to 4,125" wide. FM said: "new page size is too small for some custom column layouts. Why? It was 4,125 "before...

  I checked my master pages, and there are no pages that have columns that are too wide for one page 4,125 ". None of the text boxes exceeds 3.625 ".

  Sometimes I can bypass this message by reducing the width of page in smaller increments, but in this case the message happens even if I reduce the width to 5.99 ". I also tried to decrease all the text boxes to 3.5 "but get the same message.

  What specific version of FM (help > about) and o/s?

  I often met this already too, in all versions of FM. It seems that there is some routine check who comes in is that after we resize the pages and it won't let go.

  You mention the title pages have tabs to purge, but you did not say specifically, is to know if the text off page is serving on a page of the body or on a master page?

  When you deleted the text in the tab, you also remove the frame, the text was? If this isn't the case, it's probably what FM complains, because he "knows" now on the block of text off-page.

• Too small print in Photoshop CS4 with HP 8500 printer all in one

  I am running Windows XP with CS4 and the latest patches and drivers.  When I print a picture on my HP 8500 all in one printer, the print is too small.  Instead of an image to 4 x 6 centered in the page, I have a 1 x 1-1/4 inch small characters of the image in the upper left corner.

  I have re-installed CS3 and it works perfectly, just like any other print, such as word options, etc.  But Photoshop CS4, I find no way to print to this printer without the image reduced in size.  If I print to a different printer during the same session, the image is fine.  Therefore, a single PS CS4 vs HP 8500 problem I guess.

  I see this post in other forms and no help yet.  Someone at - it of it on their radar.  I really like this printer, but it's pretty boring.

  Furthermore, if I print to PDF from PS CS4, the image of the pdf file is fine.  It's an another end around for printing also. HMMMM.

  I contacted HP and they put the issue squarely on Adobe.  No partnership.

• Too small toolbar in Firefox

  I have a problem of layout with ADF Faces 11.1.1.3.0. I have a table surrounded by a < tt > & lt; AF:panelCollection & gt; < /tt >. Inside of the facet of bar tools < /tt > < tt > < TT > & lt; AF:panelCollection & gt; < /tt > I have a toolbar. In Internet Explorer (7.0), the toolbar makes it very well. However, in Firefox (3.6.8), the toolbar is always a bit too small, causing the last button be replaced by an icon of overflow. The button turns when you press the icon of overflow. However, there is plenty of space to the right of the toolbar, if there is no reason to use the overflow mechanism.
  
  I tried to get around this problem by adding spacers and grouping buttons, but nothing seems to help, I'm still stuck with the last overflow-popup button. I suspect it is a rendering bug ADF Faces. Does anyone know a work around?

  The version of Firefox I have is earlier than yours, but I won't have the same problem. When you resize the Explorer (reduce its size for example), at what point do the buttons disappear. In my version they disapper when they run out of space. I would try to play maybe with the margins and filling in the browser (you can use firebug) and see if you can adjust it. I don't think you can enable the filter bar but no show hide it (if you use a collection of panels). However, I don't think it's your problem. Maybe you can try one of the other toolbar facets like after or high school to see if it makes a difference for you.

• Safari 10: too small font size

  After the installation of Safari 10.0 this morning, nothing is as it used to be - printing on most websites is too small for me to read. The option to adjust the size to a minimum size by default in the Preferences window has disappeared; pages can be enlarged in 125, 150% etc but not what I want.

  I no has not upgraded to the latest version of Safari to end up reading texts too small they are printed on stamps!

  There are a number of discussions on this issue with your same concern. I agree, the issue of font size is really bad and the zoom function is NOT a way to solve this problem. As others have suggested sending back to Apple is a way of approaching the question with the hope that they give the choice of font size in preferences rather than this impassable zoom feature.

• The pop-up box to define privacy choices is too small. Only half of the text is available. Unable to access the "EDIT" button to the right to save the settings.

  I can't change any settings that are shown in a popup box. The box is too small to contain the message and cannot be adjusted. I can make changes, but cannot save them. As a result, I am stuck with either save no history, or the history. My problem is to save the cookies but the problem is extensive. I am running Firefox 41.0 2 under Ubuntu LTS 14.04.   When the T-Bird opens in the 21 "iMAC is the OS of Yellowstone, is a small window and I have to manually expand... and when I go to preferences that the popup is too small and cannot move the Info window to read, despite the police being large enough.
