  After some research more, few people have this problem due to a recent update of "windows update" and it has something to do with ESET Smart Security, which filters the HTTPS connection.

  I disabled it and now I can update windows again.

  Doing some research on the Internet I found the error Code Purple is a boobie trap that HP creates, there is a tattoo on the motherboard that seeks recovery. Thank you HP.  So I'm stuck since my HP is out of warranty, they won't even far cosider talking to me.
