Flash Adobe CS6 Pro AIR (and Android APK)

I have a compiled SWF file that I can't convert in a newer format of ActionScript 3.0.  Everything I try breaking the file.  It is just an animation with a little tad of code on the video Clips.  I can't seem to identify the culprit that causes the most recent files generate errors so I decided to use the load method to load format ActionScript 1/2 in a container AS 3.0.  Still, it doesn't have to generate the APK directly.

However, when I generate an AIR desktop file it plays very well.

Is there a way to take the AIR file and convert it to an APK using the command line?  I've heard of using adt on the command-line but most messages talking about converting the SWF file directly.  I would try with the already compiled AIR file.  If I use the SWF file I might as well compile in a non-functioning APK directly from Flash.  This isn't what I want to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should not "import" a swf file.  You must load.

you still have problems loading it but, you are sure to have problems if you import it.  (IE, no actionscript will run in any swf).
