  Hello, guys!

  I need help. I recently installed Flash CS6 in my computer, but after I started, all I can see is this.

  

  Note that the toolbar to the left of the screen is the brush, Eraser, etc... Also, this message is displayed after I have create a new document/starting the program. And I've looked everywhere and I don't know how to fix it. (Just so you know, I'm new in this...)

  New install of WIndows 7 (32 bit). Test Flash CS6 installation costs. Click Help > using Flash and nothing happens. Help does not load. Browser opens. Nothing happens. Even with the help > Centre de Support Flash. Also installed Photoshop CS6 trial and this system does help support (browser opens to the online help page). Flash CS6 help is completely dead. Does anyone else know this? Or better yet - how to fix?

• Flash CS6 started hanging when opening or creating projects - help!

  I have not used the Flash CS6 (on Win 7 x 64 Pro) for a few months, and now, when you open or create projects, Flash crashes at about 10% CPU and will not continue loading.

  I created a dump file of the Mini using Process Explorer, which can be downloaded here (9 MB) Dropbox - Flash2.dmp

  Please can anyone help diagnose it, so I can get it working again? I have plans on hold (don't we all).

  Thank you. None of these circumstances applied to me, but I found the problem by using a few process and Thread analysis tools. There was a problem with my Wacom drivers and for some reason, and to delete and reinstall these has solved the problem.

  Hi, I have developed an application with Flash CS6 iOS and it works perfect on iOS 5.1, but today I updated my iPhone 4 iOS beta 6 for developers and my application do not work! Applications developed with CS5.5 work well on iOS 6. How to fix? I tried to save to the format flash cs5.5 and open it with CS5.5 for export, but it does not export anything!   This morning I updated the Air SDK to 3.4 and my problem was solved. Everything works now as expected.

  Maybe it is a good idea to ship the CS6 version with the latest version of the SDK, or telling people to update.

  Earlier, I bought Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator CS6.   I take an online class this semester and our class requires the use of the version of Flash CS6.

  I just got the phone with the customer service and we were able to solve the problem. In fact he was doing me a favor because apparently they provide no service for Flash CS6 version and they advised me to post on the forums.

  I use an IMAC late 2013, El Capitan. The CC version works fine, but my teacher wants us to use the CS6 version, I guess it has more features. I have read the forums and have tried uninstall and update but it still keeps crashing. I need to use the deco tool for an upcoming assignment, but it makes the program crash anyway, is - it is not available in the latest version?

  in any case, the Flash is not admissible it takes forever to load and then I was advised to stop force but then when it opens in fact soon it after less than a minute it crashes.
