  A way around that is to have a PHP file on your server that reads the XML feed and your swf reads the data from the PHP file rather than directly from the external domain.

  This can happen at certain zoom levels. Can you try to reset the zoom to the default level to help

  • View menu > Zoom > reset

  If you already use the default level, does make a difference if set you the zoom liked or less keeping the CTRL key and typing + or - (expand and shrink, respectively)?

  Hello I am doing an epub or a catalog online for my business, so people can open them on an Ipad. If someone could tell me the steps of the procedure to follow, that would be great. I already have the pages in photoshop and Illustrator CS5 and classified in InDesign CS5 and then exported to Flash to create buttons to switch pages, then converted to html file using technologies wallaby, but when I try opening upward in the html file, the buttons does not even appear. I even tried switching buttons to those I made in Illustrator and it still doesn't work. It works fine when I open the SWF on my computer but I can't send the SWF for a reason any. And my goal is to send this catalogue online by mail and by email. If someone could please help me accomplish this, I would appreciate it.

  Could have a gif animated but client wanted each image to post a link to a different URL.

  Used ActionScript to post a link to each URL. The top layer shows different scripts to image editing in the timeline panel.

  Everything works fine if I hit Ctrl - Enter, all the images are superb, all links work and Tel number is clear.

  Export to swf and none of the links work; Send to society poster ad and not only the links do not work, but the phone number does not appear...

  You can open it in any image editor or Viewer?  2 GB is the upper limit for a psd. Maybe you should convert the format of tiff file.

  Photoshop > file > Scripts > Image Processor will do that for you.

  Yes, this is a newbie question, and I'm a little surprised, I can find no mention of this anywhere.  I have a flash banner that plays when my page republished.  I have here a trick to this or don't I have to resort to something heavy handed, as a substitute the flash with the jpg when you publish or write some sort of javascript to check the postpack and assigning false to read.

  Cannot respond to your request for adobe, but no matter which web page you postbacks to will rewrite himself--it's the nature of the beast.  A you have designed your form in Flash, you would have to wonder how to cope since Flash can submit to treatment of file without having to rewrite the page.

  In addition, if you post (postback), you know that you can code the postbacks to rewrite the page differently, then you could go with using a different banner or just a JPEG it as well.

• Windows live messenger does not work with Windows vista on the desktop but on laptop

  I tried to remove and then reloading the whole windows live package.  But windows vista is blocking windows live Messenger every time dang.  These are the claims that it is closed by the DEP program.  Why is it that if it is part of windows or a windows program? And why my computer laptop isn't a problem with it, but in my office?  And I tried to add windows live messenger in the list of DEP programs, as indicated by the stupid help window and he ALWAYS breaks it.  is - anyone has a SOLUTION?   I created my flash files, inserted on my pages on Dreamweaver html and tried locally, they work fine, but when I downloaded the files on the ftp files flash race custom server, everything works perfectly but the flash files.

  Dreamweaver creates a folder named scripts when you inserted the Flash on the HTML document.  Download this file and you'll be ready to go.

• Could not import the flash file in presenter

  I am running presenter 7.0 in PPT 2007. Other than the problem I have with a video file flash, it seems to work correctly.

  I created a flash video in Captivate (it is a demonstration of the short software), and I want to integrate it into a presentation using Presenter. But when I select "insert a swf file" tab in Adobe Presenter, I never have a chance to select the swf file I want.

  I expect a file at this point selection dialog box. Instead, I went to Internet Explorer and more, nothing happens.

  The flash file works fine as a stand-alone running in Internet Explorer.

  Is "Insert a swf file" the right way to add this video? Is there a better way to incorporate this Captivate video?

  A dead end I tried already: I looked at the description of the problem ' video import failed. Adobe Presenter 7.0.7', but this is not my problem. I'm running (not 7.0.7) 7.0, and the registry key mentioned on the Adobe Presenter support site (TreatFLVCheckWarningAsError) is not present on my computer.

  OK, I recommend all first that inquire through the Adobe update 7.0.6 or 7.0.7 via the download available to the public at http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/.

  As for your question to import the flash file, if you use Captivate 5 or 5.5 he published in AS3 (ActionScript 3) only, and presenter 7.0.0 - 7.0.6 is an AS2 application. Therefore, your Captivate SWF files will not work in presenter. So, if you use Captivate 5 or newer, you must go to introduce 7.0.7 to SWFs to work.

  The problem you describe seems to me that you are working on a PPT file located on a shared drive. Presenter do not work with files that are not on your computer and will tend to not show the Insert Flash, video or Audio dialogs if the presentation is on a shared drive.

  You must be able to adjust the code for the button of the Flash file to specify that it opens in the same window (use "_self" as the argument of the window).

  If your slide show program does not provide for the addition of this argument, and if you have no fla file for the swf file that you created, then your only hope might be to buy a decompiler program and see if you can create a FLA of your swf with her.

  Other that this, create your own slide show using Flash and you will have no problem affecting this button up... but that's probably easier to say what to do if you have any Flash experience.
