  On my Dell Inspiron 7720, running Windows 8 64-bit, Chrome and IE display web pages in their correct format immediately after their installation, but Firefox 20.0.1 displays too little (and the user interface of FF is too small as well).

  I went on all kinds of things, it might be and know I can install an add-on to enlarge pages at least, but I really want to get FF displaying correctly of course.

  I use my native resolution 1920 x 1080 - laptop and have to display Windows set up for display at 150% - % of Windows display development does not affect display FF.

  Can someone tell me please how to get FF displaying correctly (without an add-on.)

  I just installed NoSquint and it works perfectly for the web; pages. Then, I found a theme with bigger icons in "complete themes" - there are a number of them.

  Guess I expected to understand why only FF was smaller, (not just solve the problem) - However, the setting is very nice-thanks!

  Just finished the site www.sheilaschaefer.com, which works in DW, but when I go online it seems to be something wrong on the portfolio.html page.  I can access paintings (Gallery/index), but not photos (gallery2/index) I get a message that does not find the Gallery XML.  Can I have two swf on one page and if so, is there a special way to integrate them on the same page.  I'm really confused as to why he works in DW with a preview in Safari, but not when uploaded to Safari.

  Like many people, I don't have a Flash plugin for the browser I tested (Firefox), so the pages gallery/index.html (paintings) and gallery2/index.html (photographs) both give an installation icon "you need flash.

  Flash is essentially dead for all but very specialized sites and should really be used on all modern sites. Use html5, css3, and javascript for interactive content.

• I can't get Adobe Flash to work on 25 FF. Downloaded and installed the AF, but always error get to Pandora, etc.

  I use FF25 on Windows 7. When I go to Pandora and Grooveshark I get error messages telling me that I need to install a newer version of Flash (v. 10 or later).   You don't seem to have the correct Adobe Flashplayer installed for Firefox. It is not in the list of Plugins with your question (Shockwave Flash followed by the version #). It can also be disabled in Add-ons > Plugins.

  I am running Firefox 37.02, Windows 7. I also have flash shockwave V17.0.0.134 & V18.0.0.95 addons. The V18 version is beta and downloaded from Adobe to try to resolve this ongoing problem. By trial and error, I have established that when I disable the addons above mentioned (notice, disabling seems to disable the other) I am able to get videos from Web site to play (for example: video on golfchannel.com) but not another (example: www.nbcphiladelphia.com). Conversely, if the addons are enabled, the videos on the site www.nbcphiladelphia.com work but those of the golfchannel.com are not. By 'not' I mean that commercial video games earlier but the video of the main object that is to run thereafter is not. I get a black screen and the commercial video recycled again and again. I contacted the golfchannel.com support group who said that they were not aware of all the problems. They suggested that I use the Chrome browser, which is what they use without problem.

  you're probably missing some Java components (download x 86 and x 64) or the flash from adobe on your system drive (chrome has its own).

  so I would like to download the new version of adobe once again, using the 32-bit IE.  Works in youtube, but any other Web site that has the video, it still does not work. you get on other sites, just the sound, but no video, sometimes black bars and sometimes it flickers.  everything worked fine before that.

  I also have a brand hew computer hp laptop, with the new version, same op system, and flash player works well, you tube and other websites.

  Should I try to uninstall in Control Panel, remove the software?  He tried to update the graphics drivers, but he said that they have been updated.

  I'm not a user of technique, but I have read many forums and tried a lot of different things on this flag, and I still can't run on other sites - it works on the youtube site.  can someone tell me what I should try next?  Thank you
