Flash of Citrix HDX redirection plugin installer does not

Hello

We tried to install the plugin to redirect Citrix Flash (products - XenDesktop - download Flash Plugin - Citrix), but it does not work.

When the Installer starts after download, it starts to recover windows installation and then empties (below)

I ran a debug install as a previous thread suggested and stuck the comments below. We tried it in many machines, operating systems on different networks, all with the same result.   (the path of the file has been modified by me, below)
