  Please, try the following steps.

  Step 1: uninstall previous versions of Flash Player

  Before you install Flash Player for any Windows browser, uninstall all previous versions, and then restart your computer. Try to download flash player, if it does not work then uninstall Download Manager and check.

  Step 2: Verify Internet Explorer security and ActiveX settings

  Make sure that the Internet Explorer security is set at a level that allows viewing ActiveX controls. The medium: default level allows you to view the Flash content. For any custom level, follow the instructions below. (Contact your system administrator for more information.)

  To change your security level:

  1. open Internet Explorer.
  2. choose Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Select the custom level.
  5. Locate the section "ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
  6. set "Download signed ActiveX controls" at the command prompt.
  7. the value "Run ActiveX controls and Plug-ins" Prompt.

  Step 3:

  Download and install the flash player.

  Having had the Flash Player version 11.1.102.62 operating successfully on a desktop XP 32 bit (Intel Pentium 4, 2.80 GHz; Firefox) for a while... yesterday, I answered to Adobe and will prompt to install an update.  Never having had previous issues in this process through our system... could not download the update.

  Suggestions without success tracking online help.  Initially, was able to get the download started & got to close Firefox to allow the download to continue his progress... but could not overcome this barrier.  Followed the suggestion to delete the existing/active Flash Player... and after done who couldn't even get beyond the third step of the download process.  By clicking on 'Run' on the security warning 'Open file' window '.exe' has generated the following error message: "{error on line 268, character 1, script error: expected '}', code: 0, URL: http://127.0.0.1:1679/app/_is/actionlist.js'.»»  By clicking "Yes" to continue running scripts on this page have resulted in two messages of error in format more... and beyond that, nothing happened.  The process has been apparently locked in place

  Now about 8 hours, in a sterile exercise and frustrating the search for resolution, I recorded for my first experience in this forum.  I'll try to post this call for help... and try to learn the navigation system in this new environment!

  Vista + do not support a command prompt full screen, as indicated by the message. You can manipulate the available to the command window to specify the width and height to be as big as you want, but this isn't quite the same thing...

  You probably get this from all angles, but the most recent update for Flash Player (10.3.183.7) JUST DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY.

  I keep my browsers updated and as of today (5 September 2011) Flash WORKS in "small pane in the browser" mode (for example, in Youtube) BUT VA VIRGIN AS SOON AS LARGER.

  Note that overlay the legends and pause / graphic reading DO all the work - it's only video decompression that is not - leave black and white screen.

  It's FireFox 7.0 both last Google Chrome: I carefully uninstalled & replace Flash form the links you have posted here and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK in full screen.

  You must release really NO new version of automatic update code like this that are not properly tested: it has mucked up watching a video for millions of people unnecessarily.

  Because of the new accelerator support?   who knows.    It's a living environment, the Toshiba Satellite Pro (we do not have all go and buy new PC every 10 weeks like you developers do) and it has a P4 and the integrated graphics card Intel 82852 standard: perfectly fine until last week.     But it has 64 MB graphic and I see that 10.3.183.7 now 'requires' 128 MB?       You can not just make assumptions like that: I bet that there are 50 million more RAM VGA PC there with 64 MB (or less).

  Adobe is a great product, but it is a complete and total ball * ls - up like we in England is called: Please excuse my Anglo-Saxon franchise.    Sorting, please.

  You could run into problems of video acceleration here.  I apologize and we do not have an internal bug against it (bug #2950542), which will be fixed in the next version of Flash Player.  In the meantime, you can try turning off hardware acceleration to see if that makes a difference?

  You use the VGA or DVI - D port? Try using a different, a new cable and another monitor to see if you can get the picture on a screen.

  If this does not work, either install a PCI video card to get the image on the screen to be able to go into the BIOS or try to remove the memory modules, the CMOS battery, the power connector on the system board and the external supply of the cord and keep the power button down for 30 seconds. Reconnect everything and see if it helps.
