If you think that Adobe Flash player is not a suitable plugin, you have a suggestion for an alternative? I've been using Google Chrome, but I told myself that they will not prohibit Adobe as well. I play 'King' of games such as Candy Crush, as well as others, and I will not renounce my games. I tried looking for an alternative a few months ago because Adobe crashes every day, but I went to the wrong site and downloaded a virus instead. Any suggestion that you can give me would be great. Everything you've read that Mozilla has declared no longer supports the Adobe Flash Player is incorrect. Mozilla supports still Flash but currently has all previous versions on a deadlock due to critical vulnerabilities. https://addons.Mozilla.org/Firefox/blocked/

Mozilla puts only versions of Plugins (and Extensions that are malicious software) which are serious security (criticism), as well as reasons of stability. Unfortunately just about every version of Flash player is on red list since December because feats experienced Sailor and in current versions of time.

Current versions of the plugin base of Flash player for Windows and Mac OS x are not listed but Linux version is due to Adobe not having an update still which is unusual. https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

As you can see Adobe has been busy trying to solve the exploits in their Flash Player at the last moment. https://helpx.Adobe.com/security.html#flashplayer

  • After the upgrade to 3.6 my FlashDrive falls down while I'm playing Farmville. I tried to update the flash player. I tried to restart the computer. Nothing works.

Last night, my system was still using Firefox 3.5.8. I played Farmville on Facebook and everything worked well. This morning, I connect to my computer and find that I upgraded to Firefox 3.6. I tried to play Farmville all morning and Adobe Flash Player continues to break. I tried to update Flash Player. I tried to restart the computer. Nothing works.

Another potential cause of this problem is that the lock timeout is set too low:

    1. Select the address bar of Firefox (click or press CTRL + L)
    2. Type of topic: config and press enter
    3. Click on I'll be careful, I promise!
    4. in the filter box, type dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs
    5. Double-click the setting and change the number.

The default number is 10, for a default timeout of 10 seconds. Some games Flash can be slow and requires a higher setting. I would recommend to change that to 20 if you have problems with this.

In addition, it would really help if people who encounter this problem let us know what games Flash is slow - and as soon as they are slow. Thank you!

  • How can I watch and download videos like youtube flash videos if flash player can't stand not for mobile phones using the android version 4.0?

My mobile android version is 4.1.2. At the present time, I can't watch and download videos from youtube. If flash player does not support any mobile by using the version of android more 4.0, how can I watch and download these flash videos?

You can always download and install Flash for Android 4.0 which still works on android versions greater than 4.0, which is located on this site (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html), which is the own adobe site. Look for the Flash for Android 4.0 and the latest version. Although it is not advisable to use an outdated version of flash as it is not secure.

  • What is the problem, I bought the adobe flash player because it is required for the aarp driver safety class, I have no chance to get this taking care of

    Lord I'm back

You have done a few separate posts on this problem.  You have been deceived into downloading something by malicious actors.

There is a good possibility that:

    • You have provided your credit card number to criminals.  You must contact your bank to cancel the charges and issue you a new card.
    • You have probably installed malicious software on your computer.  You'll probably want to work with an expert to resolve this, and/or format the machine completely and start again.
    • Once you got the computer back to a State that you can trust, it's probably a good time to change all your passwords, especially for something important...

Please, always download software directly from the manufacturer's website.

You can download a copy of legitimate, free Flash Player here:

    Hi Jorge,.

It's the Installer (which is 1 MB) online.  Then, it downloads and installs Flash Player silently in the background.  We are aware to post it on the white screen with the installer online and are working on a fix.

In the meantime, you can use Setup offline full (16 MB).  The download of the installer is displayed at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the section "problems".

  • Trouble installing the update of Flash player 14.0.0.177 for Chrome

I tried to help my mother to update his flash drive. It was flash version 14.0.0.145 running and having problems with it. When I saw there was a newer version, 14.0.0.177, so I downloaded it, I was checking things for her. Chrome, to activate it on the plugins page, but the only version to appear was the old man. As far as I know, this is how it is installed. She has a computer with the windows operating system windows 7. Is there something I'm missing here, or something I must try that might help to get the latest version of flash running? Thank you!

    Hello

The version of Flash Player integrated in Chrome is updated by Google, not Adobe.  For this version of Flash Player, it seems that Google has released Flash Player via an update to Chrome (as opposed to a components updated, they do sometimes), in accordance with this page Chrome releases: Stable channel update, which indicates that 36.0.1985.143 is the version that contains the update of Flash Player. You can navigate to chrome://chrome to trigger the update (or tools > about Google Chrome, that goes to the same page).

  • Flash Player not working not not for IE8, FF, Chrome

    Hello

I have Windows XP 32-bit, and I've upgraded to flash player 10.

I went to youtube (and other sites) and tried to watch a video, all I get is a black screen where the video is. It doesn't have the icon where it says "flash player necessary."

I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. I even went to other browsers, but it's all the same. and it does not appear on my list of programs.

    my C: drive files are:

    Flash10i.ocx

    FlashInstall.log

    FlashUtil10i_ActiveX.dll

    FlashUtil10i_ActiveX.exe

Note: I tried to use the Adobe downloader, but he kept saying "Not able to connect SSL" or something. This is a laptop from my company and I got the files Flash Player 10 of our own website we will have to maintain all the upgrades.

    Thank you.

Hi, have you tried to disable the hardware acceleration feature? Otherwise you can go to the Adobe test site and right click on the Flash logo and click settings, and then click display settings to uncheck H.A.

Then also check IE manage add ons for Shockwave Flash Object and make sure that it is activated.

In FF, look in the plugins for the Shockwave Flash vs 10.1.82.76 and make sure that this option is enabled.

Flash Player is integrated with Chrome, so there will be no problem with it.

    See if that helps.

    Thank you

  • Why does ' t Flash Player works after I agree for an update from a prompt pop-up from Adobe?

I had problems last year when Flash Player has stopped working suddenly.  After months of searching for help, I received instructions that solved the problem... until the other day.  A pop-up Adobe appeared which indicates an update was available.  I agreed to install the update and the Flashplayer has not worked since.  I returned my notes since the "fix" last year and made an adjustment in the ActiveX settings, but this did not help.  Flash Player still does not work.  Help!  I don't think I can go through this during several months.

  • Adobe Flash Player is a 32-bit for my 64-bit operating system is that a problem?

I have a HP110-014 and just put it together, but find that it does not allow me to post videos on Youtube and says that I don't have Adobe Flash player on my computer. But when I try to load Adobe Flash player, it is said that Adobe is pre-installed on my Windows 8 operating system. Yet, when I check the Adobe Flash player on my system, this is the 32-bit version and my system is 64-bit. IUs this a problem?

    Hello

It is normal that flash to run as a 32-bit exe on a 64 bit system.

If it does not work, try a new installation of the Flash plug-in as follows.

First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    Flash Player Uninstaller.

Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller.  After this has completed, restart the laptop.

Then (unless you already have it), download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before download.

Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

Start Firefox and see if the videos etc. play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

    Kind regards

While Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 10, is the version of ActiveX of Flash Player and Acrobat Reader uses the version of the flashplayer NPAPI plugin.  Please see Adobe Reader and Acrobat Flash Player download for Windows download and install the NPAPI plugin that uses Acrobat Reader.

Why do you need administrative access to my computer to install the update to Adobe Flash Player?  It exposes my system to external order and I'm not ready to give that to you.

  • Why 32-bit Flash Player installed on a new 64-bit computer?

    Hello

    I have a Windows 8.1 5 - day years using Internet Explorer 11.

The Control Panel has an entry that reads, "Flash Player (32-bit)".

When I click above and go to "Advanced", the update options are all grey - although next to the CHECK box NOW he says: "Plug in version - not installed."

In the hard drive, I discovered that the version of Flash Player is 12.0.0.38 - is it OK for a 64-bit machine?

Also, should I install the missing plug? (and where could I find!)

    I can "non-gris" update options?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

    John latter

What you see in the control panel is the global settings manager, which IS a 32-bit and... by the insistence of Microsoft application, SHOULD be listed as a (32 bit) app in the control panel in 64-bit systems.

The installer of Flash puts the TWO plugins in 64-bit and 32-bit on your system.

    C/Windows/System32/C:\windows\system32\macromed

    and

    C/Windows/SysWOW64/C:\windows\system32\macromed

These are the locations of the files for plugins.
