Flash player 64 bit

I have Win7 Ultimate 64 bit and it says the installation of Flash player installation includes 32 and 64 bit, OK. Now when I installed in the Control Panel window (for management of Flash player updated) now says "Flash Player (32-bit)", so the question is why it installed 32-bit (if it really installed this version) and how do I install 64-bit?

Or should I ask how to know exactly is 64-bit installed? If it is installed then why in the sign says its 32-bit?

There is only a 32-bit Control Panel.  Flash Player 64-bit files will be Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.

  • How can I replace Flash 32-bit Player with Flash Player 64 bit Windows 10?

I have recently installed Windows 10 in my PC and it seems that there are problems with Flash Player. I have found that I am not able to run videos in Adobe TV (nor any who, I think). The plugin is on in all my browsers, but the result of test of Flash Player, it's that it's disabled. I went into the control panel and I see that Windows has installed the 32 bit version. My OS is 64-bit. I believe that this issue is causing the player should be disabled, although in each browser plugins appear as active.

For any suggestion, thank you very much!

First of all, check that the ActiveX filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

    https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/867968

Internet Explorer 11 and edge have a number of changes both in the way the browser is identified with remote web servers, and how it treats JavaScript for behavior targets specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the provider of content changes their site to conform to the new approach to development required by the modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these problems by using the compatibility view:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/use-compatibility-view#IE=ie-11

If it's too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a better alternative.

  • It is not a 64 bit flash player

I searched for flash player 64 bits and I have not found anything

Anyway why do a 64-bit Internet Explorer if half of the modules do not work

I mean Google chrome works as well as a 64-bit browser but yet it is a 32-bit program

I really hope that more 64-bit programs will be made if I've just had a loser in about 15 to 20% of the programs, I can't use because no 64-bit support has been made

If someone finds a 64-bit flash player please let me know thank you.

There are actually two shortcuts for Internet Explorer in the "Programs" menu Why two and what is the difference?

This is the title of each and they run exe:

    Internet Explorer
    "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Internet.

    Internet Explorer (64-bit)
    "C:\Program may Explorer\iexplore.exe.

One runs IE in the "Program Files (x 86)" folder, this is the 32-bit version. The second is the 64-bit version.

  • Why 32-bit Flash Player installed on a new 64-bit computer?

    Hello

    I have a Windows 8.1 5 - day years using Internet Explorer 11.

The Control Panel has an entry that reads, "Flash Player (32-bit)".

When I click above and go to "Advanced", the update options are all grey - although next to the CHECK box NOW he says: "Plug in version - not installed."

In the hard drive, I discovered that the version of Flash Player is 12.0.0.38 - is it OK for a 64-bit machine?

Also, should I install the missing plug? (and where could I find!)

    I can "non-gris" update options?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

    John latter

What you see in the control panel is the global settings manager, which IS a 32-bit and... by the insistence of Microsoft application, SHOULD be listed as a (32 bit) app in the control panel in 64-bit systems.

The installer of Flash puts the TWO plugins in 64-bit and 32-bit on your system.

    C/Windows/System32/C:\windows\system32\macromed

    and

    C/Windows/SysWOW64/C:\windows\system32\macromed

These are the locations of the files for plugins.

  • I found 2 Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugins (two years of bits on the same version)

After having to downlonad Adobe Flash Player 64-bit because my browser Mozilla Firefox prompted me to do, I went to check my programs and features to make sure that everything was in order.

I was puzzled when asked me to download this software because I thought as my personal laptop already had that, but I did anyway, when checking for programs and features, I saw that I had two identical files.

Is it necessary to have both? They are exactly the same, there is no evidence that they want anything culinary, yet it seems that my Mozilla has not recognized the first.

Because I'm not a technical genius, I need help. I'm afraid to delete one of them. I am afraid to delete the first since my cost of Mozilla to do not recognize it, but if I delete the second will be my other browser not recogize the second. Or maybe I'm complicates!

    I appreciate your help.

    Does look like this

If Yes, this is normal - the ActiveX control is the add-on for Internet Explorer and the plugin is the add-on for Firefox.

    I feel so stupid...

and I'm too exhausted after trying to find a solution (which is not too technical for me...) to my problem:

I use a PC system laptop Dell 1555 with 7 operating system 64-bit. Now, I also tried to install a program of music by streaming but received message back that I need to install Adobe Flash Player...

I have not been able to find an "easy" way to get my PC working with Flash Player 32-bit I understood, must be a solution to my problems.

  • 12 Firefox flash player not working not not with Facebook video

Use Firefox 12, more recent flash player 32-bit - embedded video does not work on Facebook. I tried another computer with XP SP3, completely deleted firefox, flash, started in safe mode with Add ons disabled, even created a new profile with no addons in all and nothing seems to fix the problem. Video plays well in Internet Explorer. That said, YouTube works fine so I don't think it's a problem flash "only". (I have a right click on the video to make sure that the flash was to play the video and not html 5)

Starting from 07/06/12 @ 07:55 Eastern video works. It's funny, 15 minutes ago he was not! That said, I am now using Firefox 13 but the problem with Facebook's video seems to be intermittent and is therefore probably at their end.

You have probably installed a 64 bit version of Flash for Firefox plugin.

Firefox is a 332-bit application, so you need 32-bit versions of a plugin to make it work.

You can find the 32-bit version of the Flash Player installer for a 32-bit version of Firefox here (scroll down to Flash Player (32-bit)):
