It is not a 64 bit flash player

I searched for flash player 64 bits and I have not found anything

Anyway why do a 64-bit Internet Explorer if half of the modules do not work

I mean Google chrome works as well as a 64-bit browser but yet it is a 32-bit program

I really hope that more 64-bit programs will be made if I've just had a loser in about 15 to 20% of the programs, I can't use because no 64-bit support has been made

If someone finds a 64-bit flash player please let me know thank you.

Use the 32-bit browser.

http://pietschsoft.com/post/2006/12/Vista-experience-update-Windows-Vista-x64-runs-32-bit-Internet-Explorer-by-default.aspx

The Internet Explorer shortcut in the Quick Launch toolbar, and in the x 64 Vista Start menu will run the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer by default. Why run the 32-bit version if IE on the 64-bit version of Vista?

There are actually two shortcuts for Internet Explorer in the "Programs" menu Why two and what is the difference?

This is the title of each and they run exe:

Internet Explorer
"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Internet.

Internet Explorer (64-bit)
"C:\Program may Explorer\iexplore.exe.

One runs IE in the "Program Files (x 86)" folder, this is the 32-bit version. The second is the 64-bit version.

  • Why 32-bit Flash Player installed on a new 64-bit computer?

    Hello

    I have a Windows 8.1 5 - day years using Internet Explorer 11.

The Control Panel has an entry that reads, "Flash Player (32-bit)".

When I click above and go to "Advanced", the update options are all grey - although next to the CHECK box NOW he says: "Plug in version - not installed."

In the hard drive, I discovered that the version of Flash Player is 12.0.0.38 - is it OK for a 64-bit machine?

Also, should I install the missing plug? (and where could I find!)

    I can "non-gris" update options?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

    John latter

What you see in the control panel is the global settings manager, which IS a 32-bit and... by the insistence of Microsoft application, SHOULD be listed as a (32 bit) app in the control panel in 64-bit systems.

The installer of Flash puts the TWO plugins in 64-bit and 32-bit on your system.

    C/Windows/System32/C:\windows\system32\macromed

    and

    C/Windows/SysWOW64/C:\windows\system32\macromed

These are the locations of the files for plugins.

  • Videos Youtube integrated does not not on Chrome 23 / Flash player 11.5.31.2

For the last two weeks, I was not able to play Youtube videos that appear as the videos embedded on other sites.  The small player appears with the frame of the video and all the controls, but the play button, the video goes blank and will not play (the cursor gets stuck at 0:00).  Or the button fullscreen works - the player remains just when it is on the third party Web site.  This problem has occurred in more than one Web site, but all sites still work in Internet Explorer.

The main Youtube site still works.

I tried all relevant measures here, does not (except increasing the memory for a particular Web site, because not only a website is affected):

    Details:

    Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

    Google Chrome 23.0.1271.64 m

  • Windows 7 IE, helping get the 32-bit flash player

Windows 7 said that he had a problem with my flash drive working and it uninstalled flash player.  So I tried to download the most recent flash player.  I get the message not supported 64-bit, you will need to run in a 32-bit browser and it won'w download.  To ensure that I have an IE 8 32-bit browser open and try to download again and I still get the same message.  Don't know what to do.  I defintely don't have the 64 bit browser open.

    Thank you

Hi, looks like you have no problems, which is good. Just be sure to check your files, so that you know that everything is installed correctly.

Also your marker responded helps others who may have the same problem and would benefit from reading.

  • can not reinstall the adobe flash player. Error message "brccmctl close"?

I can't reinstall my adobe flash player.  I get a close message to the suite of programs, internet explore and brccmctl.  I closed the intern. exp., but I do not know what brccmctl is.  Help, please.  THN u

    @green13,.

I understand that Adobe Flash will not update because of brccmctl.

Have you tried HardBeatZ suggestions to search for the program?  The program that brccmctl means is ControlCenter3 which is software for Brother printers printing.

By chance, you are using a Brother printer?  If so, you can ensure that any process of brother ended in the Task Manager (right click on the taskbar to get the Task Manager).

The simplest option may be temporarily disable startup programs to update Adobe and then re-enable startup prorams.  This can be done by going to start, search for msconfig, the opening of this result and uncheck the startup items.  Once installed Adobe, go back to msconfig to activate startup programs.

    Let me know what happens.

  • 32-bit Flash Player on 64-bit Sys

In dec. I downloaded the update of Win - 10 for my laptop Dell 5521 with an Intel i5 CPU 64 bit processor. I checked the version of the new Win-10 and it shows 64-bit. When I go into the sign at the entrance says Flash Player 32, it is just a generic label or am I a flash drive 32-bit on a 64 bit system?  Is it still important?  As expected, I am having some problems with the new OS and I'm just trying everything I see that seems wrong.

    Hello

The item that you see in the control panel is just the Manager settings of Flash Player, which is a 32-bit application and allows users to manipulate the various Flash Player settings.  Player flash itself supports both 64-bit and 32-bit operating systems.

  • Can not update nor uninstall Flash Player because of password

When I try to run the update to Flash Player, I wonder a password which I don't remember. I think it's because I have two accounts of Adobe, because the new password I created yesterday does not work for this purpose.

I thought that I uninstall the old version and then install a new one with the new account, but I met the same problem: you need to uninstall the password as well.

How can I get Adobe to merge all my accounts into one! There's even a separate password for this forum!

    Thank you.

  • I can not install/upgrade Adobe Flash Player

An email came to me with something sent to Adobe.  I couldn't open it because I needed an update on my Adobe Flash Player.  I tried to update and almost done with the installation, when I get the message that I need to close Safari which IS closed.  I can get up to 97% installed and then appears a box that says that I need to close Safari.  I open Safari and then close it and then click on the 'start over' button, but it keeps bouncing back that I need to close Safari.  Help.

    Hello

On Mac, closing a browser or app window, closed only one instance of the application.  He did not finish the application.  See how I left Safari (or another browser/app) in OS X for more information on how to terminate Safari and proceed with the installation of Flash Player.
