First of all, try to enable Active Scripting in the areas of Sites Internet Options, security settings, trust.
You should also add a corrupted on.
Click Start, type: Internet Options
Press enter
Select the "Advanced" tab
Under reset Internet Explorer settings, click "reset".
This should restore the Internet Explorer default settings.
Then reinstall Flash Player

Install Flash Player ends; Videos say I need to update my Flash Player.
Hi all
We have a customer who gets an error on YouTube he need to upgrade Flash player to view this video. Running through an installation of Flash player, Adobe Download Manager, and the manual download, ends without error. The search in the list of programs in the control panel shows as being installed, but video will not play again. Looking in manage add-on in IE doesn't show any mention of Flash Player as being there.
-Windows 7 64 bit
-J' checked that I use the 32 bit IE
-Hand uninstall / reinstall of Flash Player says ends, it does not help
-Uninstall / reinstall Java does not help
-Internet in the Internet Options window reset does not help
-Checked the settings that not blocked ActiveX
-Disabled Trend Micro, did not help
-The system has been infected recently, has been cleaned with Spybot / MalwareBytes / Spyware Blaster. Uninstalled all three, did not help
-Installed the old version of Flash, version 9. This installer also said it completed successfully, but also does not work.
I'm at the stage of ideas. Any help appreciated.
Hi, here is the procedure that has been useful to many users with Malware issue.
First download and SAVE FP uninstaller on your desktop:
http://kb2.Adobe.com/CPS/141/tn_14157.html
Next move the archived site http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html download the Flash Player 9.0.280 21.8 MB on your desktop. It is a zip file.
Search and extract: Internet Explorer flashplayer9r280_winax.exe and place it on your desktop. (1.46 MB)
Download the FP for IE Installer and SAVE to your desktop:(latest version)
http://fpdownload.Macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash _player_ax.exeOnce you have on your desk, using the administrator account, you CLOSE all browser windows.
Disable all anti-virus programs & firewall if it is other than Windows Firewall
Look in your tray (area near the clock) system for instant messengers, yahoo, aol, etc and turn them off.
Your computer, run the program uninstall and when it's finished, Reboot (restart).
Check and make sure all THE anti-virus & Firewall (if needed to be) are always disabled.
Run the Setup from vs 9 and when you're done, restart your computer
Test your browser here and you should be able to see the Flash animation (spin) logo and the Flash Player version must be listed.
http://www.Adobe.com/software/Flash/about/ Must vs 9
Now, you run the program to uninstall again to uninstall vs 9, when finished, restart your computer
Check again to make sure that the Anti-anti-virus/firewall are always disabled.
Run Setup vs 10.2.152.26 and when you're done, restart your computer.
Then test your browser and you should have now installed 10.2.152.26 vs. If you can see the logo Flash animation (spin), then you have probably Shockwave Flash Object in IE addons, so check that.
You may want to print these directions to make it easier to follow.Let me know if you have any questions.
I should mention for not trying to use the links directly from any email, they have a problem.
Thank you

While trying to install flash player, the software to communicate in Russian - I don't speak this language and need to fix this. How can I fix the problem of language?
Hello
I was able to reproduce the behavior when I updated the Russia region. If the language and region are worth English/United States of America, the behavior does not occur. Did you by chance, perhaps by accident, change the region to Russia at some point and then change it back? You have rebooted your system since then?
I will forward this to the people who handle the installer online and see if they can reproduce.
In the meantime, you can check to see if the installer offline, full, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page exhibit this same behavior?

I am unable to play the video file and get the error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer."
Can someone help me how to solve this problem. Thank youI am unable to play the video file and get the error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer."
Can someone help me how to solve this problem. Thank youMay be that the video file format is not compatible with Windows Media Player.
Options: -.
1] download and install VLC Player. It's free and supports file formats more than WMP.
2] download and install the codecs
Personally, I prefer VLC Player-if you have that then not need to download and install the codec of any third party.

DVD decoder not installed?
I went to play a DVD on my computer this evening and received this msg: Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.
A few weeks ago, I played DVD on my computer. I would like to know what is happening. Any ideas/suggestions?I tried to play one of the same DVDs I played before... same message. Nothing to my knowledge has been removed from my computer and I'm the only one with access... "very confused.
Thanks if anyone can help.
Yes, and if you install the utility on your system, you'll see all decoders.
The utility will also tell you if a decoder is compatible or not.
Using Media Player version 10 or 11?
the utility tells me I have no decoder... the only thing I can think is that if I actually deleted it... I rarely remove anything because I do not add a lot... but it is possible a few weeks ago, I have to get rid of some things (I'm quite cautious because I'm not an expert). It is the Media Player version 11, I was trying to use... but I rebooted now 10 to see if there was something to update related that mess.
because I used the VLC Player successfully, I have not yet tried Windows Media Player (since WMP reloading and load the codec pack)
So great to have the entry of a person who knows what he's doing. Thanks again. I will try the Windows Media Player later and see if I have his use of return.
Have a great day!

Adobe flash IS integrated in Windows 8, the versions 8.x and 10, so in a Word usually running windows updates expected do install.
