Flash Player 10.1 is not running the video files on YouTube
I downloaded Flash Player 10.1 but YouTube does not recognize it to be on my computer. What should I do to have YouTube recognize Flash Player on my computer?
Thanks David, go to tools, manage add ons, and then check in the toolbars & Extensions Shockwave Flash Object. I must say the ActiveX control... Flash10i.ocx and make sure that this option is enabled.
If it is not listed, search for 'Show' (clear text) and check all 4 categories for that.
I forgot to ask if you had a 64-bit or not, but if you have the 32-bit, then go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
Open the Flash folder and after return all files listed here.

Hi, I am running:
-Flash Player 10.3.183.10
-Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 - 32-bit
-C' IE 9.0.8112.16421
Flash player is installed and running. The Flash (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) Web page displays the content correctly and said: 'you have version 10,3,183,10 installed.
However, when you browse some other sites, occasionally IE displays the following message: "this website wants to install the following add-on: 'Adobe Flash Player' of"Adobe Systems Incorporated".» I clicked on the "Install" button and the Flash Player is reinstalled, but continues to display the same message over and over again. In any case, the Flash content is read correctly.
An example of this problem is when clicking on the buttons of pronunciation on this page: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/british/blackberry_1?q=blackberry.
I tried to solve this problem, uninstall and reinstall Flash, without success. Clues?
Thank you

Click the damaged page (compatibility view mode) in one area. When you use I.E.9, if a site has problems with Flash Player, always first try compatibility view mode.

Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1.152 could not install. Flash Player 11.1.102.62 installation manual (32 & 64-bit version) managed after that Ctrl, Alt, delete on the processes tab find firefox.exe * 32 has been active and I finished it. Flash Player installer said "Install Complete" I uninstalled Firefox and Flash Player several times without success. However, Flash Player works with Internet Explorer! What seems to be the problem? You have probably installed a 64 bit version of Flash for Firefox plugin.
Firefox is a 332-bit application, so you need 32-bit versions of a plugin to make it work. You can find the 32-bit version of the Flash Player installer for a 32-bit version of Firefox here (scroll down to Flash Player (32-bit)):

new updated flash player installation does not install and cannot uninstall the old version
been trying to install the most recent update of the adobe reader, but it will not be installed at gets all the up to 7% then gpes far so I tried to uninstall, but it will not uninstall need help! I use google chrome on my macbook pro
Google Chrome (even on a Mac) has its own exclusive construction of Flash Player ("PepperFlash"). It was modified by Google, incorporated by Google and maintained by Google. Adobe is working with Google for updates and patches, but it is "their baby" once it happens in the browser. It cannot be updated through this site. It updates ONLY by updating Chrome.
There are instructions to perform a "clean installation" (How to perform a "clean installation" of Flash Player in Mac OS X) but that doesn't apply to the Flash Player for Safari and Firefox plugin.
You can try this:
Go to: [username] / Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome ([username] / library is accessible by pressing the "Option" when you click on 'Go' in the Finder menu)
Inside the Chrome folder is a folder named "PepperFlash".
Trash and empty the trash.
Restart Chrome.
He must rebuild the file system plugins. Otherwise, update of Chrome and it will be.

Flash player installer is not install?
Hello
I'm trying to download and install the latest version of Flash Player (2.0.0.109). I have download and save on the desktop, but double clicking does nothing. I tried to "run as" too but still nothing. I downloaded several times but can never do anything!
Please can someone help?
Hello
This is probably due to a certificate signature problem, especially if you do not have Windows XP SP3. Setup Online is signed with a certificate of signature of SHA256 and older systems do not support technologies more recent signature. You can try the installer offline posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier versions the page in the section "Problems", but there is no guarantee this will work.
Your best bet is to upgrade your system, if possible, to a new version of the operating system that is supported, or to install Service Pack 3, if it is not already installed on your XP system. This page, ssl - SHA2 support for windows XP SP2: a fix or dll available?-Super User, may be useful.

Hello world.
When I download Flash Player and install from the Adobe Adobe Flash Player Distribution distribution site | Adobe the file download to my hard drive in generic form of file without extension and Windows cannot determine what program to use to open/read the file. I use Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
Is there something wrong with the download file? Or am I missing software required?
Thank you for your time,
-Brandon
I found the solution... all I had to do was manually add the ".exe" file name extension, and I was able to run the Setup program. I'm surprised that it worked... I really thought that there was a problem with the file.
