Flash player is required to play videos on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

I just downloaded the trial version that Adobe offers Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I try to add a video to my PDF and I have most of what I need to do figured out, except for the required Flash Player. Once the video is added to the PDF and all there's left to do is hit play that a notification appears that says, "to see the Flash technology in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player." Desktop / computer I'm running it is new and when I go to install a Flash Player, the computer tells me that there is a setup one error since it already has the latest version of Flash Player installed. I am at a loss for ideas, and I don't know where to go from here. If anyone has experience with this, I need your help!

Hi nasserh99347695,

Please visit this link and install Flash Player Active X and Plugin Adobe Flash Player required for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Let us know if you face any problem.

Thank you!
