Flash Player on Safari break with games

Up to yesterday (September 13, 2016), I was able to play Innogames Forge of Empire and Elvenar on my desktop iMac computer.

Since the beginning of the charges of the screen, but as soon as I move the mouse I get 'failure of the plug-in' reported.

While the search for a solution, I saw that there was an update to flash player on September 13 I think it's maybe the cause of the problem.

I cleared the cache, checked the settings and everything seems to be in order.

Is anyone able to give advice please

Thank you

This problem is fixed in the latest version of 23.0.0.185, which is published today.

  • Why do I have problems with my Adobe Flash Player crashing constantly on some games on Facebook?

I play a lot of games on Facebook. I started to have a problem with my "flash player crashing..." I uninstalled all Adobe products and their reinstalled nothing doesn't. It seems to happen more when I use the Zynga Games. I don't understand why this is the case and certainly do not know what to do about it. Of course, I'd be grateful for any help you can give me!

Some Flash games may take longer to load, so you need to increase the time-out on the protection of the accident. See Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - avoid that it happen.

  • Flash player crashes on Zynga Facebook games

Hi, whenever I try to play Zynga Facebook games, flash player it immediately blocks or it freezes and sticks until flash crashed message appears. I always send in reports of incidents. I have asked this question by many, but I could not find a recent issue with technical support. I have Windows XP Professional and you tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, with the same problems. I am told Chrome works better for games from Zynga on Facebook so let's go with Chrome, but if you help for Firefox, I'll take what I prefer to use Firefox. I tried all the steps of self-help. Check my version, pepper disabled, allowed for more storage, assured of the plug ins are activated. I did this step as well and got this information:flash help 2.JPG

He has a very good chance that it is a bug in the graphics driver, and you have not been updated since 2005.

Detection among AMD tool (they bought ATI a while ago) should give you the current drivers for your graphics hardware:

I would like to know how it works, but I'm guessing that this will allow to solve it for you.

  • New update of Flash Player always not right with Mac Lion

    Hello

I have updated my software to the latest flash player this morning after having had problems with the old flash player since I have upgraded to Mac Lion a couple of weeks. Fortunately, the new software addresses the problem of not being able to click in the box setting wee that appears, which is all fixed now, but I have still a problem with my mouse disappears when you use the flash player.  I can get it come back by moving the cursor of the mouse on the flash content, but its very frustrating to have to do this every two seconds when you try to play games online.  Just wondering is there anything that I am missing, perhaps a setting that I could change something it would do better, all my software is up to date on my macbook and everything works fine, just flash it seems to be a problem with.

Can you give our Flash Player 11 rc a try and see if it improves something?

  • Is it safe to turn on Adobe Flash Player 10 Safari?

Since my upgrade to Safari 10, Adobe Flash Player is disabled by default. Is it safe to reactivate or is it considered dangerous now?

It has always been a bit of a risk. You can activate it if necessary, but if you don't need, I would leave it turned off.

My advice is to use the Extended Support Release - Flash Player 13.0.0.296 on WinXP - it appears about 3/4 of the way to the bottom of the page that linked philipp. This version receives security updates, but not the new features that are mainly for OS Vista, Win7 and Win8.

From what I understand of the posted link iamjayakumars, Flash 12 beta will install updates in the background, but I think there could be a feature that users can configure to install Flash when they want to and not automatically push it to users.

  • Firefox 6 does not recognize my latest Adobe flash player. It works with IE, so I think it's a problem only Firefox.

Woke up to find that my Firefox has been automatically updated to Ver 6 +.
The usual questions have emerged, with a few plugins not working do not. The annoying thing is Adobe flash player.
I downloaded the latest version of the Flash player and installed Ver 10, however non of my Web pages back on this. All Flash content I want to watch (from a Web page) tells me to install the latest version of the Flash player. Done so 3 times nothing helps? Any ideas?
NB: Works IE and flash worked fine on the same websites.

IE uses another version of Flash (ActiveX), that most other browsers use - the plug-in version, which is what needs Firefox.

    1. download the file of configuration Flash from here:

    Adobe Flash - Plugin version.

    Save it to your desktop.

    2. close Firefox using file > exit

Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.

    {XP: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Vista: Shift + Ctrl + ESC process tab =}

    3. then run the Flash configuration from your desktop file.

    4. run Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

    • On Vista and Windows 7, you may need to run the installer of plugin as administrator by starting the installation program via the context menu if you do not get a UAC prompt for permission to continue (that is to say that nothing seems to be happening).

  • The fake Flash Player update infects Macs with Shareware

This isn't a question, but just an info > see below:

(I hope), anyone who has used computers for some time must be aware of the ritual without end of update Adobe Flash against security vulnerabilities. Even if you run Flash on your computer, you have probably seen many titles in the media of tech in the years of the importance of keeping Adobe Flash (and his crony Acrobat PDF Reader) updated to protect against malicious attacks.

Then, what better way to trick someone with their computer infected only by disguising it in an actual Adobe Flash update?

It is precisely this that criminals are now, in their attempts to infect the Apple Mac users with scareware.

The first sign you will see that the criminals are looking to infect your computer Mac OS X is if you see a pop-up window as it appear while you browse the web: (photo here)

The beauty of this approach, point of view of criminals, is that the attack is not invoke any software vulnerability or exploit. Instead, social engineering is used to fool the uninformed user unwittingly download and does not perform a fake Adobe Flash version - designed to infect their computer with scareware.

  • Download Adobe Flash Player on a Vista with a 64-bit browser

I went to a website to download information.  However, I was told that I need to have Flash Player 8.  I tried to download Flash Player 8, but I get a message that Adobe requires a 32-bit browser, and mine is a 64-bit browser.  Is there a way to circumvent this requirement or to switch to a 32-bit browser when I need access to this particular Web site?

    Hi getbak

Unfortunately, Adobe has released not yet a 64-bit version of their Flash Player. Any Web site that contains Adobe Flash content unusable with a 64-bit browser.

The 64-bit version of Vista includes a 32-bit version of the Internet Explorer browser. You might be able to use to access this Web site.

See the following Web site for more information on how to access the 32-bit browser.

  • Why the Installation of Flash Player doesn't work with Chrome on Windows 7.

My operating system is Windows 7, and I use the Chrome browser. When I was advised to upgrade Flash Player for vs. 17, I did. Problems occurred immediately. I tried the advice on the forums. This was not helpful.

What I noticed, was that Flash Player 17 will not install on Vista, AND a claimed installation page information systems I used Vista! I've upgraded to Vista, but my operating system is Windows 7.

I wonder how many others who have upgraded from Vista face the same problem.

  • Flash player does not work with Firefox 36.0.4 (final veersion)

I installed the latest version of flash player and many other older versions on firefox, but every time I open a page with content (for example youtube video, twitch.tv) flash the cursor begins to blink with the busy circle and firefox becomes unresponsive until I have close the tab with flash content. Oddly, the youtube videos play even if the flash plugin is disabled and I can fix it temporarily by all re install Flash player again but the problem come back again when I turned off the computer and restart windows so I have to reinstall Flash player whenever I turn on the computer

It is only a thing of Firefox, I tried to use IE and there is no problem and all goes well. I tried to install Firefox from scratch, uninstall Shockwave Flash and Adobe AIR, run antispyware and tried old versions of Flashplayer but still no permanent solution

  • Flash Player download guard fails with the interruption of the connection and then abandoned.  satellite, Internet connection

    Win XP. Firefox 34.0.5 (latest)

Continuous Flash Player download fail with the interruption of the connection and then abandons. I'm on a satellite Internet connection.

It seems to be extremely slow, even when loading the installer which is only 1 MB. Then when I run the Setup and it starts to download the installation there are frequent messages lose the connection and then finally give up.

I had problems with other software crashes when I'm on a satellite link. This is probably because of the huge latency that can be regarded as a failure of the link. Ping times are usually 800ms but can sometimes be 2000ms!

    Hello

The installation of fix online program, you use actually download and install Flash Player silently in the background.  If your satellite connection has latency problems, it could cause failure to download.  Please try the published full installer at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Windows page, in the section "problems".

  • WIN8.1/Chrome 64 bit: NPAPI Flash Player crashes on pages with Flash content

    Hello

Chrome 64 bit (beta +) crashes on 64 bit Win8.1, if I use the reader Flash NPAPI (beta or stable v14 v15) and open a Web site with Flash content.

    More details here:

    https://code.Google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?ID=402262

Great to hear.  Looks like it has been resolved on the side of Chrome.

My understanding is that NPAPI turn off by default in Chrome soon.  Yet once, PPAPI Flash Player has matured greatly at this stage.  If you always use questions that make the superior NPAPI Flash Player for your use case, we talk about them.  The goal is to have the plug-ins to parity and the window to have an NPAPI option closes quickly.

    Thank you!
