  I need help with flash player - I tried to upgrade it was crashing on Web sites, downloaded the latest version, started the installation, but when it got to the final installation screen it just hangs.  After 10 minutes, I closed the window and get an Adobe Flash is not an answer message and close the program or wait for the program to respond.

  I followed the troubleshooting instructions and checked the system requirements - all good

  Off to Kaspersky

  Uninstalled (think I got all the files but not 100% course - so maybe that could be a problem) and restarted

  Tried to reinstall the same problem.

  Installed the plugin Shockwave - same problem

  I'm running Windows 7 on HP Pavilion dv5, 32-bit and checked the system requirements and everything is ok.

  I use Firefox 10.0.2
