  I have a graphic project in flex builder, and tried to generate in the Flex sdk by using the ant task. I get the following error.

  I copied the flexTasks.jar in Ant directory and uses the default ant build file:

  The graphics components are not part of the free Flex SDK, but one

  part of Flex Builder.

• Can not enable PHP support for project...

  Hi all

  I can create a Flex/PHP project, but when I go to the project Support Flex/PHP - properties - I get the following message "the currently displayed page contains invalid values" and the page never - who does not see these values.  OK, right click on the project, go to "add/change the project type" and to set up a flex project.  Return to "add/change the project type" and select "Add flex and php project type", pulling you towards Properties - Flex/PHP Support page.  Now I have available for editing fields, but no combination of values or the order in which I submit will validate them?  I'm running Flash Builder as root and I get this command-line output each time trying to validate or select a project via the "name of the PHP project:' drop-down list:

  You use FB in plugin mode? The stack trace, it seems that your eclipse uses an older version of JRE (a version earlier than the v1.6). If this is the case, try showing your eclipse version 1.6 JRE installation. This can be done at the option - vm in eclipse.ini file in your eclipse folder.

  Hi all that I focus my labels below my picture inside my VGroup.

  The labels are align left now and it seems that HorizontalAlign does not work on the spark component.

  is it possible to make direct calls to database to a MySQL database (or any database) of a FLEX, rather than calling via a service client? simply, I need to remove the middle layer.

• Complex HTML in FLEX

  I posted this as a message to Dan, but I thought that he could get in writing earlier if I put it on the forum.
  
  How to make HTML FLEX 3.0? It will be through another object provided in the command menu? I looked at the plan for FLEX 3, but couldn't find a mention of the rendered HTML thanks to the AIR. I'm not sure how, or even not at all it will work in FLEX.

  Hello

  Flex 3 supports the HTML rendering through the HTML control in AIR, but we need improvements in Flash Player to support more HTML rendering in the future. We have said that we are working on a new text media in the drive ( see blog post) and one of its objectives is to improve our rendering capabilities, but it is a little ways off the coast. I know that the engineers have spent some time prototype other rendered HTML options, so you can actually do a decent job, but we have nothing built in that time.

  In addition to the 3rd BB, Adobe Flex/AIR supported SDK 0.9.1 library left seems to work perfectly.  If they are dependent on the MX controls, you might have problems.  If they are based on the core Flash classes, you should be fine.  Will not know until you give it a try.

• Embedded police does not appear on Android

  I use CS5.5 and you added the following to my class:

  It works when running on the desktop.  The typed text is with the police.  But when I packaged and installed the app on my Android device, the typed text is changed to the default font.

  When you enter text in a text field, the runtime positions a control on the object TextField Flash native text entry. Given that the native controls cannot use built-in fonts, the closest the system font is used. On Android (but not iOS), you can use TLF to create a text input control that is designed entirely in Flash and you can use the fonts embedded in the entry. (I don't know if Flex components supports it on mobile, however, could still means to create your own if you use Flex.)

  But I got the following compilation error:

  If you use just the SDK and not Flex Builder 3 or Flash Builder 4, it is the problem, because the graphic elements are not supplied with the sdk, you must purchase the professional version of the IDE.

• HTTPService to localhost does not work in Flex4... Even with crossdomain.xml

  So, it worked before I recompiled with Flex4, (in Flex 3.5) and now I can't get the following to work...

  You may need to set the - use-network = false compiler option.

  Project - Properties - Flex Compiler

  Add the option - use-network = false for the ' additional compiler arguments: "section.

  When deploying on a live server, you probably need to recompile it with the option - use-network = true.

  Who knows, maybe in your situation, it must be set to true.

• Mouse on textInput exceeds textField in textInput

  Hello

  I got a textInput field, to which I attach a listener to the mouseOver event.  When the mouse passes over this field, it should do some basic stuff, like getting the ID. of the field but I get error because the object of "e.target" is not the "ID" property Debugger indicates that "e.target" is a textField a textInput not. It seems that the mouse is on textField that is inside my textInput, and textField isn't a property 'ID '.

  My interlocutor only works when the mouse is over the thin border of the textInput. This border is around the textField object, which is inside my textInput.

  Does anyone have an idea how to fix this situation?

  Use the currentTarget of the event property. With controls such as TextInput and button etc that have secondary commands, you must refer to the currentTarget, not the target property property.
