  Less than two months ago, I upgraded my HP Jet Windows 7 to 10. Over time some questions popped up (random apps that could not be opened, etc.) so I decided to do a full reset, deleting the files from the user.   I had a co-worker for his Mac with the new client View 3 trial and Lync VDI works as expected.  I tried again on my side and noticed that it takes exactly 5 minutes to make me a successful pairing.  I remove the Lync VDI plugin, then reinstall to see if that makes a difference.  At least I know that two important data points:

  1 Lync VDI still works

  2. the issue was on only my endpoint device.
