• How to change the title of the slide in 6.2?

  I used Keynote occasionally for many years and more or less what I do. I have a strange problem. In a slide master who has "Title text" at the top, I want to change the words "Section title". (In fact, I want to change it to a title of two lines or two paragraphs, so I really want "Section title: ¶Topic".) When I select "Title text" box top wide gray-background appears. No matter what I try I can't 'in' the text you want to change the way I can with a text editable on the Master object. What gives? What kind of thing is? It is not yet marked as a placeholder. Why can't I change it? (The master is part of the 'Classic' theme.)

  I know that when I started working on the current slide, "Title text" does not appear. I also know that if I can type in the title of a slide based on that mask and turn it into two lines. The reason why I want a title of two lines on the master is if I can arrange rules and walks around them. In addition, I'm just frustrated of not being able to change it.

  This is correct behavior in Keynote; It is not possible to change the visible text of a predefined text box in Edit Master Slide.

  The reason why I want a title of two lines on the master is if I can arrange rules and walks around them.

  Then open the master slide empty, (View > Edit Master Slide), duplicate and give it a new name, and then add a custom text box (insert > text box) and shape you need.

  You can then save the presentation or to create a custom theme, so you can use it at any time in the future.

• Footer running of the title of chapter with line break

  I currently have a footer running based on a text variable that is based on a paragraph style. But the position itself is quite large-fonted and will have line breaks. Thus, only the first word ends in the running footer.

  Is there a way around this? I thought I had a block of text for this variable on a hidden layer. But maybe there's an easier way?

  No matter if the text that is pulled by breaks of variable in all lines, as long as there is no real case sensitive characters included. In other words, your title may be 60 pt text box which is only two inches wide, so four or five words would go to several lines, but if the variable is formatted for text 9 pt, those words would fit easily in a width of 2 inches.

  That said, I know that you used breaks forced in some of the topics in your book that you want to include in your footer, to repeat the text in a nonprinting framework without breaks may turn out to be the only solution viable choice. I use this method from time to time, and when I do I have the really obvious non-printable text, so I do not forget that it is there. I do usually red.

  Yes, you are right. Save your title as a style fonts and styles but not record the size of the police. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it.

  When you use copy / paste, you create a clone, not a copy of your title. Thus, when you change one, you change both.

  To do a real copy, go to project support Panel, right click on your title and select duplicate instead. This is a new, identical and independent title.

  V4.3 Pages ' 09, or Pages v5.6.1, will resume the paragraph/character in the body of the document style attributes in the generated TOC. To a certain extent, you can customize the table of contents thereafter.

• Trying to change a provision of existing keyboard with MSKLC 1.4

  Exactly, what is supposed to happen after installation and Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4?  No matter what I choose in the menu file (new or load existing keyboard), what I get when the dialog box closes is almost exactly what is displayed when the program opens.  In other words, a title bar, menu, bar 4 box options (labelled) down the left side, a large and empty workarea gray, some buttons of legend below on the left colourboxes and a textbox, current working directory pointing to my My Documents folder.  I would like to make a few small changes to a Gaelic keyboard I have downloaded MS and have frequently used, but not when I'm in MS Word. The only sign that MSKLC knows what I'm trying to do is the change in the title bar. It shows "Gaelic - Custom. I've never used a modification of the front keyboard program, but I expect to see a Visual representation of the keyboard I am changing.

  I am running XP Pro SP2 on a laptop Dell Inspiron 9400.  Download MSKLC seems to install .net Framework 2.0, or maybe just checked if it had to.  Whatever it is, there is no error message during the installation or run the program. Help, please!

  I've been so far able to understand how to make the white bar as a title, but I have a problem with the sync. I put it on track 2, but it does not start at the beginning of the title and takes a long time to fade. Then when it receives not finally completely gone it disappears very quickly and I can't extend the deadline.

  Do white in the title, use the pliers movement effects to move the shape on the screen, add a dissolution to fade out. Make the words in titles under a separate title and add it on track v3

  Go in Edition > find/replace. Let the Search and change empty fields, click on the icon next to the section to find Format (circled in red in my screenshot) and when the Parameters of Format to find window appears, select the paragraph style. If you click Search, you will find the first bit of text style with this style. Click Edit, so this will change the text to what is entered in the field of the currency , which is nothing, it will remove the text. You can use any combination of find, find next, change, change all or Change/find to control what is selected and deleted.

  

• Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro: window does not display correctly

  I downloaded the latest version of Acrobat 9 Pro.

  Now, when I open several documents, I have problems.

  -When I opened the first document, the document appears correctly (the screen fits correctly)

  -When I open the second document, the title bar of the window is cut off (in other words, the title bar above the top edge of the computer screen)

  I can not access the title bar or the bar in the second window on my laptop without resizing the window screen.

  I use Windows 7 64-bit, with the custom view (110%) font size. My screen resolution is set to the recommended setting for the laptop (1366 x 768). I can't use the small fonts.

  I had this problem for a few days now that I just started to use two installation screen. After finding this post this morning, I tried all the solutions but none worked. They have however to point me to the direction of the solution.

  Open a PDF only and go to 'Edit' menu drop-down and select Preferences.

  Put highlight 'documents '.

  Display/a mode, change the drop down list for ever.

  That was all it took to solve my problem. I now have three or more PDF documents open and none of them are no longer outside the screen.

• Problems in passing params to a query

  Didn't know exactly how to Word the title. What I'm trying to do is to create a set of queries that I can pass in the name of the table and any additional code in addition to the basic query. If I write code directly like this, it works:

  Select * from mytable where name = 'some name '.

  and if I shorten it and pass the name of the table as it works:

  Select * to #tablename #.

  but, if I'm in the clause where it fails, I don'teven need succeed from the client, simply turn the where clause in a variable fails. It does not work:

  ...

  Select * to #tablename # #whereC #.

  Please, can someone tell my why it doesn't work? There should be no reason for him or I forget something very simple?

  I have a datalist that includes a word bubbles title, data and long list of text for each line in the list of data. I want this to appear as the title, date and a word bubble extracted text. When the user clicks on it, I want the text box expand to show more text. To do this, I went into the isolation of the repeated item mode. In the "Selected" State, I enlarged the text box and made a smooth transition. It works exactly as I want it.   The reason seems to be that if you are in a 'normal' State, you can easily select the 'selected' State However, there is no natural transition of the "selected" back to 'normal '.

  The logic that controls which list item is selected is determined by the selectedIndex from the list. When you click an item, selectedIndex of the list has the index value of that element, which puts the appropriate in repeated item in turn has "selected" State (and puts the previously selected item in its 'Normal' State). All this is done for you by Flex, and you cannot directly control the State of a repeated element (or, in fact, no matter which component skin!). In order to state of an item to 'Normal', you set selectedIndex from the list to not be the point.

  You can do this by creating an action sequence with effect of the value of property that affects the selectedIndex property of the list - 1 (which means that nothing is selected). Unfortunately, this is impossible within the repeated element itself because the interaction Panel won't let you target objects that are at the top of the hierarchy of the source of the event! So actually there is no right way to do what you want to do in the last version of Flash Catalyst. However, it is quite easy in Flash Builder:
