Focus on the screen change

Hello

I have a question about the focus on the evolution of the screen:

If a button has the focus on A screen and the user presses on it, I have the screen B.

By pressing the back of screen B button, A screen is redisplayed no field does however seem to have the focus.  On the simulator of the door where you expect it to be (IE button) but on the real device, no field seems to have any home.

Edit: The reason why he's working on the Simulator is because I hit the return.  If I do that on the device (and not on the trackball Center), it works as well.  How could I make it work for both?

See you soon

Dave

Hello

I ended up finding it works by:

    protected void onExposed()    {        setFocus();    }

On A screen, which did the trick.  Don't know where the emphasis would have been otherwise since screen B should have been even when popped, but it works :^)

My apologies if the question was obvious, I am new to BlackBerry.

See you soon,.

  • the orientation of the screen changed from horizontal to vertical. How do I change it back?

I wrote an email on my laptop and accidentally I must have pressed some keys that changed the direction of the horizontal vertical screen. I can't change this back. Help, please.

I guess that this affects all applications and not just Firefox...

I've not heard of this feature. It's a computer laptop convertible tablet /?

You might check the Fn key combinations, is often printed on the function keys, to see if one of those looks that it rotates the screen.

If you can't find the key combination, it would be useful to know what type of device, but in case anyone has any experience with it.

  • Windows 8: brightness of the screen changes (Satellite L855-11 t)

    Hello

I own a satellite L855-11 t and installed Windows 8 Pro x 64 (full version DreamSpark). Everything works well except for one thing: I can't change the brightness of the screen.

I installed the new drivers and PVAT, system driver, etc. (even of csd.toshiba.com, because these are already for Windows 8). Toshiba function key does not work, do not know why. And Intel won't let me install the display driver: my system does not meet the requirements. I thought that there is a GPU integrated into Ivy Bridge?

Well, when I press FN + F2/F3 brightness indicator appears and changes its value, but nothing happens not on my screen. I just stay the same (which seems to be applied after a reboot). I disabled same Adaptive brightness, but it did not help. Any other function key work correctly (out of the box by the way).

I hope you can help me.

At present, it is not easy help with Win8 malfunctions. Until doesn t support official Win8 Toshiba we write just on good or bad luck.
In General, there are a lot of Toshiba tools and utilities that must work together. Yet he offered no tested versions.

Display drivers for mobile units are offered and tested by the manufacturers of portable so up to what Toshiba doesn t it I think that you should use your Win8 and learn how it works. In my opinion, the key is to check all the new features. All the specific stuff from Toshiba can be installed in addition.
Later, when Win8 support starts, you can install it again and just work well the OS, including specific functions of Toshiba.

  • Equium - colors of the screen change all of a sudden

For no discernible reason my colors screen changed recently.

When that I start the laptop, it starts in normal colors of Windows Vista. I log in, the colors are OK. As start programs, the colors change all of a sudden screen is almost entirely yellow and extremely difficult to read.
I have updated to Vista SP2 and IE 8 in the hope of a miracle, but nothing changes. I uninstalled most of the software outside of Toshiba stuff, still not good.
My CD player stopped opening (problem earlier) so I cannot reload backup of the system. Help!

    Wait a moment geo.

As a first step if you want to test with external monitor use FN + F5 key combination to switch the desktop on the external monitor. Please, do it and let us know if the situation is the same.
Drive HARD install or repair option doesn't exist on old Equium A100.

Then, test it with external monitor and display the result.

  • Brightness fluctuates as the screen changes (watch movies or open windows for example)

Ive a brand new HP Pavilion 15 and Ive noticed when I opened a window or the screen goes a dark to a light image (for example, while watching the video), brightness adjusts in increments of half the second.

For example, with a background image dark, I opened a window, I see in the white area of the window, half a second after opening the brightness of "whiteness" is rather dull and increments of bleachers, it becomes clearer and brighter.

It takes about 3-4 seconds for the light to continue to increase.  I also note, it is not just the window that shines upward, but the lighter areas of the background also brighten at the same pace.

Its extremely irritating and I can't find the settings to this.  It feels as if the brightness is self-adjustment according to what is on my screen, but I can do myself with the brightness setting!
I have tried this with the setting of brightness placed as high as possible and at various levels but still seem to get the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.  Is it a hardware failure?

Jowelboy, if you're still here, I found a solution...

If you have the Intel HD graphics card on your laptop, the GUI driver is probably the substitution of all the Windows settings you are trying to change.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the start screen for Windows and search for 'Intel '. Under 'Settings' select "Intel HD Graphics" or Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel"(there are many ways to get to this setting). You can also right click on your desktop and select "Graphics properties", but make sure it has the "Intel" logo next to it.
    2. Once you are in the Intel graphic user interface, go to the power--> battery--> Turn OFF "Display Power Saving Technology." Depending on your driver version, this GUI can vary in appearance, but in the end, you are eager to find and disable "Display Power Saving Technology."
    3. You won't see a difference to what you click on 'Apply', how you will probably notice your screen brighten. It will ask you to confirm. That should solve.

(I can't take credit for this fix. The nice people at EightForums.com posted a nice tutorial here, but if you're like me, you have tried everything that does not. It is the last step of the tutorial (described above) that it resolved for me. Someone should really sticky this issue as it has been updated a few times in these forums.

  • Is it possible to have an iPhone all nine 6s with spots on the screen changed?

    Hello

I bought an iPhone 6s a few days ago, of the Finland via a wireless carrier (Elisa). Right after I remove the screen protector, I realized there are a few spots on the screen that would return a moment after them wiping. Next day I took the phone to the operator and asked them if they could replace it because I had just bought it. (I did not ask a refund.)

The clerk denied the right for my defective phone replacement and instead offered to send it to the service center to fix it. I insisted on the fact that in the interest of customer satisfaction, the devices usually receive a certain time to return where they do not meet expectations. The clerk said there was no other way, but having repaired. I wasn't happy, but since there is no other solution I had to restore my phone after two days of buying it.

Now, given that I bought from an operator and not an Apple store, I wanted to make sure the conditions of Apple in these cases. I find it very unlikely that Apple services do not immediately replace a defective product when it turns therefore upon purchase.

Can I do right now to make them replace my phone instead of repair?

    Thank you.

    Hello

You should get a replacement iPhone, but that they must check first for any liquid.

In the meantime use SIM card in another phone if you have one.

It will take a few days to sort out.

    See you soon

  • Drop calls and the screen changes while I talk to who puts me on mute

While I'm talking on the phone and now to my ear, the screen will switch to the keyboard on the screen and I can hear the other person but they don't hear me. I can click back to the call in progress, while it works. In addition, the phone hangs up on several occasions. Sometimes the phone ends the call within 5 seconds of me being on the phone and sometimes up to 3 times in a row. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this. Thanks for any idea!

IMO there is no excuse for this type of problem in a phone.  It's really maddening when Verizon and Motorola to ignore it.  However, I suggest that you try the app Screen Suite.  I used to drop calls constantly.  This thing has fixed this particular problem.  I don't think this absolves Verizon and Motorola to provide their own dose, but it helps.  Try it and let us know how it goes for you.

  • Block the screen changed to analog clock clock

I use either Sony clock or digital on the lock screen.  However, it will be an analog clock for no reason.  Several times already.  Changed clock Digital/Sony, but it goes back to analog clock after a certain time (in days).

Everyone else see this behavior?  Any way to make the clock Digital/Sony stick?

    Thank you.

The clock on the lock screen can also be changed if you hold down the clock for 2-3 seconds > Swipe left or right when you see he's marked. So, my thought if you were sure that the phone is locked when you put the phone in the Pocket for example

  • Not only the size of the screen change resolution T42 display.

I use a T42 I just formatted (by hand, as IBM restore did not work, and no one responded to my other post) and now when I change the resolution on my screen it keeps the resolution the same, but actually just my screen smaller or larger.  For example: when I use the highest available resolution is actually on my full screen.  When I use say 800 x 600, my windows is reduced indeed to about 4 in. x 3 in. and I have about 40% of my monitor that is black.  I tried to access the bios by pressing the blue Access IBM button, but he did show me a startup list where I could choose what order he would start in.

    watusa,

You can enter the BIOS pressing F1 at startup instead of the Access IBM button. You need access to the Config > display menu and set HV active Expansion. Here is a link to the BIOS Simulator if you want to see beforehand.

    Hope this helps

  • direct to the screen changes

I don't know if it's what it's called, but all by sorting through installation issues, Adobe technology me to access the site which gave him direct access to my monitor. I don't remember what he called it, but I thought he said that anyone can use this service.

I need to consult my technical editor on an illustration. The easiest way for us to communicate, that is if she could get a live view of my monitor. She is in Wisconsin, and I am in South Carolina, so to walk more each workstations and other is not really an option. Nobody knows more on this subject and how can I access it?

  • When entering on laptop hand hits something, the screen changes, lose the current page?

When typing on my laptop keyboard, sometimes the Palm of my hand is going to hit a few keys, do not know what or where my page can replace or I lose what I typed. This has nothing to do with "shortcut keys" on my keyboard to my computer Toshiba? If I have or I can disable shortcut keys to avoid this problem? Please help as it is very frustrating when in the middle of something.

I found on my laptop touchpad is interfering too much when I was typing so I started using a mouse USB and the deactivation of the key. He did not stop all the behavior that you describe, but it has significantly reduced. Now, the only time wherever this problem occurs is when I'm klutzy with my typing, such as the Enter key when I want to the right Shift key.

    Hope this helps some.
