  I'm pretty new to DPS, but I try my best solve the problems. When I saw my app on the desktop preview, it updates perfectly and everything works fine. However, it does not update on the Adobe Content Viewer iPad in the what I have compiled first my folio. I have archived it and downloaded over and over again, restarted LCA, rebooted the iPad, and nothing works. There is no error message and it does not crash, it will not simply be updated. Help, please!

  Select it in the Panel of folio builder and open the Panel menu. You will see a command to update there.

  You will never see this particular folio in the Adobe Content Viewer on your iPad.

  Only folios exactly of size 1024 x 768 px (landscape, portrait or two directions) are valid for iPad

  Completely. I work cross-platform all the time using a dropbox folder for

  my files.

  Make sure that you use the OpenType fonts to avoid problems there.

  I built a prototype of my project to share with our team of advertising under a custom connection. Sales reps would download the Adobe Content Viewer on their iPads and use a single Adobe ID to view this project. There are approximately 50 sales representatives who would be loging using the same login.

  Is it possible that multiple users could connect you with the same login?

  I ask because some sales representatives can connect you while others may not.

• Missing folios in Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

  I am connected to my adobe account in indesign on my desk, as well as in the adobe content viewer on my iPad. All of the folios I designed are saved, updated and transferred on my cloud (they are also visible in my folio Panel). However, none of them saved presentations are visible in adobe content viewer even thought I'm connected. I need to be able to get these presentations on the iPad as soon as possible.

  I confirmed that this fix will be in the update, we have planned for the first week of February.

  Please help, I tried several times to uninstall/reinstall Adobe Flash 10, but it will get ot 100% and not complete when I'm going to close the window, it says "want to stop the download. My system is Windows 7, Intel Core, 32-bit OS. I stopped my antivirus and disarmed the blocker. My guarantee is set for medium.

  You can try this: Goto the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash folder and click on your FlashUtil10e.exe may 9 which should be updated for you

• Windows 7 ISO (from Digital River) will not completely download

  I made the mistake of buying Windows 7 from Digital River.  I got nothing else problems, and their "customer service" has absolutely no value.  Here's my last problem:

  They finally made an ISO of Windows 7 available for download file.  ISO has been necessary because the Windows 7 Installer, they provided for the 64-bit version wouldn't work on a 32-bit version of Windows Vista.  The ISO has been provided to solve this problem.

  In any case, I tried to download the ISO literally dozens of times.  Everytime I try, it stops at an arbitrary location in the download, as Mo 600 or 800 MB or, more recently, 16 MB and told me that it is complete.  This is supposed to be a 3 GB file.  I even followed the link on my MacBook and tried to download is here to make sure that my PC was not the problem.  It didn't download completely on the MacBook either.

  Does anyone else have this problem?  I'm sick to death of having problems with Windows 7.  I would be very happy any help you could give me.

• Last update of security 10.11.6 will not completely download

  My wife's computer has received a notification that the last security update was available. I have tried three times now to download; about a third of the way through the download, download simply stops. Never seen that before. Any ideas?  Thanks, Jim
