  It shouldn't cause any problems at all. When you take a picture, your camera doesn't know anything ppi; It includes only the dimensions of the pixels. PPI is unimportant, until you are ready to print. When you want to the top of the ppi, just go toImage > resize > Image size and change what you want to with resampling turned off.

  Some manufacturers to put a frame of reference for the ppi in the exif data for the image - canon uses for example, 180 for some of their devices, but if there is nothing that PSE can understand, use 72 dpi by default. It is not really important. What is important is that you have enough pixels in the photo.   I suggest to associate as the default Windows Photo Viewer to display photo files and try to view the image files directly.

  (a) open default programs by clicking the Start button, and then click default programs.

  (b) click on associate a type of file or Protocol with a program.

  (c) click on Protocol or file type that you want the program to act as the default value.

  (d) click the program of change.

  (e) click the program that you want to use by default for the selected file type, or click the arrow next to other programs to show other programs. (If you don't see other programs or your program is not listed, click Browse to find the program you want to use, and then click Open.   In the Format menu: fonts: show fonts (⌘T) - launch the fonts Panel. In its toolbar, you will see a button representing underscore. Click this button and select the color in this menu. Select black for your underscore, then review the underscore button and choose simple menu. ISaveurs now has black underscore. It is also how you would do a red bar on the black text.

  With the text selected with its now black underline, visit the button styles for paragraph (left) on the toolbar, and then select Show Styles... from the menu.
