• I'm in Lightroom 5.7 and I'm trying to 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6' but it is grayed out.

I deleted the com.adobe.Photoshop.plist and restarted Lightroom and Photoshop. I reinstalled Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and them was updated. Yet, I can't get this feature running for all of my catalogs. The last option I want to do is recreate my catalog from scratch and lose all my virtual copies and modifications. I find it interesting that some catalogs are able to see 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6' and some may not.

  What version of OS are you using?

  This sounds a bit like MacOS 10.9 bugs with voice recognition/dictation feature - disable this OS usually solves the problem.

  This means that you have purchased an upgrade version, not a full version and the installer wants to be an earlier version already on your computer, or your previous version serial number

  You should take what you bought at the store and buy the full version

  This problem normally occurs when your startup disk disk / zero does not have enough available space or don't have not permissions for Photoshop write temporary data.

• Problem installing photoshop cs6 download.

  I uninstalled my photoshop cs6 my last machine a few months ago. I decided to install photoshop cs6 today from the Adobe Download Center (I don't have the original installation). I went through the installation process and a key of my paper in, but it would be not installed CS6. It would give me only the option of EXTENDED CS6.  Belongs to Photoshop CS6 regular version Download now? Shouldn't I be able to "downgrade" extended to the regular? Is there another download from adobe? I don't want to buy a subscription of clouds, as I am very good with my CS6.

  I do not understand how the image you show relates to your problem of having a better version of the software than what you say you bought.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe to see if they can work on what is the problem, but I don't think that they will be considered a problem if you get more than what you paid for.

  I do not understand why you mention Photshop elements... CS6 could not have summer buy an update to Photoshop Elements... it was never in the upgrade path as far as I know.

  If the uninstall program still does not please try to use the cleaning tool - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.  I recommend once again to try the uninstall program to remove the first prior master's entire Collection, execution of the cleaning tool.

• Problem installing Photoshop CS6 after computer crash.

  I bought the CS6 extended in 2012 and have been using it regularly.  Then, in the month of August, I had to reinstall after a computer crash.  For the last 30 days, when you use the softward. I was doing a popup that asks for my serial number, then it says serial number is good, but there is no such software in my computer.  Then a popup is offered which tells me to choose the appropriate program.  Photoshop CS6 is one of the choices, but not Photoshop CS6 extended.  The "test" of 30 days has expired, and now I'm locked out of Photoshop CS6 extended.

  I searched high and low on the forums but cannot find a solution.

  Can someone please help with this?  Photoshop is one of my most used tools.
