  As you use Windows Mail, you would normally use an e-mail address provided by your Internet Service Provider (they provide your broadband or the connection dial-up internet).

  You will need to contact them on the user name and password.

  What do you mean with pass?
  Do you mean a password?

  If so, do you have a BIOS password? You may have forgotten it.
  A BIOS password can only be removed from an ASP. I think the best way is to contact the ASP and ask for help.

  You have not chosen to share with us (we're not Microsoft, incidentally) details of your operating system.

  If you are using XP Home Edition, the built-in Administrator account probably doesn't have a defined password. You can start in safe mode, where this account will be selectable when connecting. It allows to connect and change the password of any other connection.

  To start in safe mode, keep hitting F8 twice a second after turning on the PC until you get the start menu where safe mode is selectable by the up/down arrow keys, and then press ENTER.

  If you are using XP Professional, try to connect using the built-in Administrator account. You don't need to do it in safe mode (although you can if you wish). If your normal login screen is a display of the user symbol and hit ctrl-alt-del twice to get to login to text entry. Type administrator as the user name and try a blank password.

  Here me again!

  I need to pass the three fields via entry/onclick.  The first is a constant and the next two string variables.  I have to use the entry because the user wants a button to push.  It's a disappointment because < a href works very well.  It's that darn button!

  Here is the code:

  I get to index.cfm and for the good action fuse.  But when I perform a dump of the URL at this point, all I get is:

  user_id [empty string]

  fuseaction add_new_leave

  No mention of user_name at all.  CFOUTPUT statements before the declaration of entry indicates that the user name and user name have valid values.  I tell me that the problem must be the way I am in the form of the clause onclick, but just does not know what the problem is.

  You're right - the syntax is fine (the space after the 'A' was typo here).  I tried the button image, but we have not all the cool tools here that create decent looking buttons - just paint (thrill).
