  First, make sure that the original image is larger that you need. It is easier to delete pixels that so add nonexistent pixels.

  Place the image in the template.

  In the menu filters, choose Convert to smart object. (Make sure that the image layer is selected before doing this step)

  Now reduce the size of the image of what you need (ctrl-t or cmd - t) when satisfied click return/enter.

  Because the image layer is a smart object, you can replace the inner image in another image and the scale will remain the same. You will find the option to replace the image in the layers > smart menu object.

  I put a DVD in my computer. It plays fine in Windows Media Player. When I transfer to Windows Movie Maker Live, three things happen: 1) the thumbnails are all the same - the first image.   Check your Options bar.  You have the opacity set to 10%.  Easy to do.  Just hit the 1 key while the gradient tool is selected, and it's done. By pressing the 0 key will take you back to 100%

  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  72 dpi and 300 PPI ARE the pixel density. You cannot export a 72 dpi image, which has a density of 300ppi pixel.

  You can find the export under 300ppi, then open and use save for web Photoshop with yields better results.

  Select all on these layers and then just resize.

  For the selection, you can use the layers panel or the Selection tool

  By saying that I mean that you can use the features available where pine will set the location of the content, full-width makes the background or the flexible content with edges of browser. Not all items will be covered to significant effect.
