Turn off the trial version and install the Version of Cloud
Before installing my creative business network cloud on my new computer, I installed a Trial Version of the CS6 Suite from Adobe.
My old computer was working in CS3, but it was irreparably destroyed.
My new computer is telling me now that my Trial Version has expired. But I activated my Version CC - same user name and password.
When I start one of the programs in the suite, it gives me the message "trial version has expired - continue the trial?
I'm afraid that I won't be able to use the Creative Suite, I paid and registered to because Adobe's going to disable my use of the Suite.
So, how do I get rid of the Trial Version and replace it with creative Cloud version (which I already downloaded, installed and activated?
And how can I say Adobe I have CS3 is no longer and can not turn it off because the old computer is not accessible?

I placed two images in tiff format (Visual poems, I did) in a file (a manuscript) using a trial version of InDesign CS5.5, and they seemed crisp and clear. Then I bought the full version of InDesign (the product of education as part of Adobe Creative Suite), has opened the file, and the images two tiff are completely blurry!
When I open the TIFF in photoshop and consider "actual pixels", they are crisp and clear. The resolution is 300. For images, I tried making a lower resolution, and that did not help.

I created a video using a trial version of Premiere Pro. When I try to encode the file to burn a DVD, I get a message, "encodes failed because the duration of the source is zero." I went to the properties of PP and discovered video that the total length is 00:00:00:01. What's wrong?
As Steve said, you will need to probably go to the Premiere Pro forum, but a quick check thing is that 'Source Range' menu drop-down (at the bottom of the box to export under the timeline settings) is set to "Set Sequencet" or perhaps "sequence out. It's one that took me before.
