Forms of savings

I would create a form and allow users to my site to fill in and save it so that they can reference it later.
I told myself that I can't do in Muse unless I have to write code.
Please can anyone help point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

You need a dynamic interface that stores the form data with persistence. It's nothing to do with the Muse at all.

Filling out forms and savings in Acrobat Reader

Hi, I created form fields in a PDF document created in Acrobat 8, but when I open the document in Reader, it does not allow me to save the file with the completed form, it will be oly allow a blank document to be saved. Is there a way to get around this so that anyone opening the document in reader can save the completed form? There is no security setting and the comments are NOT enabled. No details on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you are using Acrobat Pro 8, you can enable the reader of the document that allows Reader save a completed form. In Acrobat 9, the menu item to do this is "Advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader", but I think it was something different in Acrobat 8. Check the doc helps Acrobat if you can't find it.

Am very new to Acrobat... Please help
Create a form to fill out online. I want to do is allow people to fill in (which I did) but then to be able to save the completed form to their own computer. Can someone tell me how to do this, as said my form could not save the data from the form will be printed.

It seems that you have added the required fields in the form, but have not enabled extended features for people using Acrobat Reader to fill out the form.

With your form open: Advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader

Cluster of savings in the form of binary data

I have a compound cluster of ~ 50 items of different types that I need to save it as binary data. Obvoiusly I could do with the method of "brute force" of 50 different entries in the file, but that seems silly.

Is there an easier way to empty just the disk in the form of binary data? By registering as a cluster seems to add extra characters.

In a world of LV, I just recorded in as a variant, but it must be saved as binary raw in order to be read by another program as a C structure.

There is the beautiful Boolean entry in the binary write for "add/array of strings of size." Unfortunately, this boolean applies only to the type of upper-level data that is being written. So whatever it is inside the cluster will always these lengths prefixed. Therefore, you have to separate your data and write each piece individually.

How to check that the form is signed to savings?

I created a form in AdobeXI Pro with a lot of text boxes and box than one signature. I modified the properties of signature boxes to mark as required. What I need now, is a way to get the shape check to make sure a signature is present in the signature box when the form is saved and if no signature is present, produce a pop up that says "a signature is required for this form.', or the pop-up could display the ToolTip for the signature box. How can I do this?

Savings forms in Reader

Please help a novice Acrobat to live his life!
I did a great pdf from InDesign with the layout form, and the form is supposed to be downloaded on a clients site, filled and finally saved locally on the hard drive of recipients.
The fields in the form have a small amount of script.
Now, the recipient uses Acrobat Reader, and this version does not allow the user to save the PDF with the data filled on included.
Does anyone know a trick to get there?

Open your form in Acrobat.

Go to the Advanced Menu > extend the functionality in Reader (Acrobat 9 could be called a different 8)

Note: This is permitted for the first 500 shots. Helps Reader 7,8,9 to fill out and save for e-mail or for any other purpose.

If you need more of 500 cases look using a PC and hooking up with Adobe LiveCycle. Note: this is a very, very, expensive solution. And its PC only.

AutoComplete suggests my user ID and date of birth on the log in page of my savings account - how can I stop this?

Most of the time the AutoComplete is really useful. However, when I connect my savings account, my user ID and date of birth are available, allowing anyone on my PC to check my account (a security code is required for all transactions which does not seem to be autocomplété!) - how can I turn off this please? This started because I reset Firefox (because of the slow, such as recommended by Firefox). Thank you.

I know how you can do this:
1. Delete an AutoComplete suggestion menu entry drop-down
2. Disable completely auto form fill
3. Clear all saved form autocomplete entries
4. Entered AutoComplete clear form selected (using an add-on)
but I don't think that Firefox has a built-in feature to be selective in what he recorded in the first place.

For items numbered above:

(1) when the suggestion appears, use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select the suggestion unwanted in the list and press the delete key.

See: control if Firefox automatically fills in forms.

But I don't think that this blocks Firefox to save again in the future.

(2) change your privacy settings in the Options dialog box

"3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > privacy

If set ' Firefox will be: remember history ' to take ' conservation rules: use the custom settings for history. " Then you can uncheck the box ' Remember search and form history.

(3) clear all AutoComplete form data saved

To clear everything, you can use:

button '3-bar' menu > history > clear recent history

If you do not see a list of check boxes, click the Details button. Deselect all categories other than "Form & Search History" for those who are kept. At the top, set the time interval, and then click clean now.

(4) clear SOME saved form autocomplete entries (when you are not currently using the form)

Help save a progress in the form of parameter from the point of view of creators

I use the trial of Adobe Acrobat DC, I create a parameter form to help prepare forms, but my form is four pages long and very personalized.
How to save this configuration of the form so that I can change the location of these fields and change the tab index and others at a later time? Any savings I have seems to be for the distribution to the end-user, than save my progress and come back to finish creating the form of parameter at a later date.

When you save the file, close Acrobat DC and then reopened, the fields are not visible, which is why I thought it didn't save it in a way that I could change in the future. However, I see now that if I open again, then click on prepare forms fields appear and can be changed later.

After update, I can no longer save to Acrobat forms as JPG images. How can I fix it?

My computer crashed a week ago. I used to use acrobat to fill out the forms for the job. My clients love these forms locked and sent to them. The way simpler and more effective, that I found to do this was to save the forms as JPG images which can be viewed and are much smaller than PDFs files, make emailing easier and faster. After completing the computer backup and running, the option to save a JPG image file directly in acrobat has completely disappeared. Everyone that I talked to told me that I need to download a separate program to convert now. Is there a way that I can return to savings as a JPG?

What version of Acrobat are you using? XI of Acrobat, you can save in JPEG format by choosing File > save as others and in Acrobat DC, by choosing File > export to > Image.

You need a form to email script processing. Preferably one that hides your e-mail address of fishermen and has spam prevention integrated.

Contact your webhost and ask them if they have one, you can use. Hosts often provide scripts on their servers that you can activate via your administration panel or by referencing the script in the action attribute of the form.

If your host does not scripts, ask them you can use languages on the server side (php, asp, asp.net, coldfusion, perl, etc...).

Form field will not calculate

I want to check/savings for a total value of the account. Audit field always comes up with 0, in spite of a different value. In other words, verification of field doesn't seem to work.

What you need to do is change each field to enter a number format. They are currently set to None, and some fields have spaces and other non-numeric characters in them, so the result is not a number. You must reset the form before you do.

Form enabled for the saving Acrobat Reader problem

I created a form in LiveCycle which has a navigation system that shows and hides pages as needed.
This creates a problem of savings after that I activated in Acrobat (I don't have not yet distributed). If I open in the reader and save data on Page 1, I can open again without any problems and return to work. BUT if I open in the drive and go to Page 2 (hidden Page 1) and save/close, then when I open it again it shows just the Master Page. This is because the Page 2 is initially hidden. Is there a way to force the player to start on Page 1, so the form is not working properly?
In Livecycle using a button Save OK, I can force the user to go back to Page 1 right before saving, but what happens if they use the built in Save button which provides the player?
Does anyone else have this problem? I'll also post this in the forum of LiveCycle.

Dreamweaver CS3 crashes when creating forms
Not sure what's going on here. I have built several sites not containing the standard shape handles again no problem. Now all of a sudden when I open a particular page it causes DW to crash. Today, I created a new form page which had no problem then I realized that I would need to cut out the shape in two pages because it was too big for a single page.

I cut half of the form and pasted into a new blank template page then record successes and of course, crashed and now does not open in DW without causing a system crash.

Anyone seen this before?
Has this happened before the end of Daylight Savings Time?

Column Salary to come in the form $ does not time?

Trying to get this works, but can't. Help, please. You will need to get the column Salary to come in the form $ instead of the time. Whenever it is multiplied by 12, it ends by multiplying by time and not by $12. So I'll take 48 h 0 m instead of $48. There are some pictures of what I am trying to accomplish. You multiply at a range of a number. The result is lasting. That makes sense, if you do 15 minutes (duration) of exercise every day for five days (number) you have made 1.25 hours (duration) of exercise.

For a numeric result, you need to multiply a number (hours) by a number of $ / hour. Your friend here is DUR2HOURS, which converts a duration in a number representing the number of hours:
