  (b) open slideshow.ini > delete its content > save changes

  (c) delete TranscodedWallpaper.jpg (you can substitute your own file of this name)

  (d) reboot your system

  (e) try to change the wallpaper using "set as wallpaper".

  I have a lot of images, and I want the patch follow these steps for each image:

  1. I want to create a new document with 2700 * 2050px size, canvas size.

  2. I want to fill the paper with pattern to make a background.

  3. then I need to place every single image on the canvas.

  4. then I need to save the image in JPG format and close the file without saving the changes.

  I tried to create and action one make an image I want, the problem is that when I select automate and select the source folder, it takes the first image first and do as I want, while the rest of the images, it takes the image and save it as jpg without creating a new file with fill pattern!

  Your model must have a Photoshop background.  You know, the one that not support transparency of the layer locked down dose.  The one and only background layer.  Without this layer your model is not cpmpatable with my scripts.  Notice the rule 2 of the rules on the four models. My Script has generated this message because there is no background layer in your model.

  1. Models of photo collage for the desired print size - width and height of the size and DPI print resolution.
  2. Photo collage templates must have a background layer in Photoshop. The content of this layer can be anything.
  3. Photo collage templates must have alpha channels named "Picture 1", "Picture 2"... "Picture n".
  4. Photo collage templates layers above the background layers must provide transparent areas to reveal the images which will be placed below them.

  

  Convert the bottom layer in your background model.  menu layer > new > layer background

  Its the only necessary layer for your model.

  Okay, it seemed to have solved my problem and I think it's a bug.

  Here's what I did.

  I turned off "use Graphics Processor' quit PS

  Restarted PS and re-done ticking her.

  1. Go to file > new > empty file. This will be your canvas. Enter w & h (to comply with the obligation to post), resolution, the same value as that of the photos, color: white background
  2. Open photo 1, go to Select > all, Edit > copy to the Clipboard
  3. Open the empty file, go to Edition > paste. Photo 1 turns on a separate layer.
  4. Place the photo on canvas and resize with the corner of the frame handles including (if necessary) using the move tool
  5. Flatten the image, and then file > save as. You probably want to JPEG format.
  6. Repeat for 2-6 photos

  If I misunderstood your ad and you want 6 shots like a collage, then check it out empty file in step #1 large enough to accommodate a 6 pictures.on background. Here, you would have 7 layers: background and 6 layers with photos.

  My current project is set to PAL HD 1920 x 1080.

  As a base, I used the slideshow HD disc menu template.

  In the main menu, I've traveled to a still image to replace the background and selected a picture size 1920 x 1080 pixels.

  The new background appears but does NOT fill the frame (on the left and right side bars). Looking at the picture, it appears that the image was squashed horizontally (not as wide as it should).  Items I cannot enlarge the picture.

  I tried to create DVDs and HD content, all menus have bars on the side.

  Why?

  I see the behavior that you're talking about here. Not sure of the exact cause immediately, be we study in it. For now, your method to open the PSD file which is the basis for the menu and add your picture as background should work just fine. Just make sure you're not add all the layers and maintain structures and layer names. That means that copying using merge down from the menu and your new image, which will be in its own layer, move this layer just above the layer "background" layer (Command / Ctrl + E).

  I believe the Photos app exactly the same under MacOS Sierra there as it did under OS X El Capitan on the background color.

  The background color is (and was) white when usually browsing photos.  But when you edit a picture, the background color turns black.

  To edit in the Photos under MacOS Sierra app, press the circle button.  (This button is used to say "Change" under OS X El Capitan).  You will then see the black background.

  I use Firefox 4.0 on Windows 7 with disabled windows transparency. In this case, the window frames (very thick, unfortunately) are completely opaque and display a background image that has an edge from white to blue 30% down from the top. (If you wish, I can provide screenshots.)

  Now, when I pass a link, the pop up with the address appears, and the look of Windows this seems to change the height of the full window. That of why it resizes the frame window's background image and noted edge moves, which is quite annoying. I don't want the old status bar back - but when I hide the pop-up with the add-on 'Status-4-Evar' this problem does not occur.

  I guess that this happens on all machines. At least on mine, it has not been fixed with all add-ons disabled in safe mode.

  I understand that your laptop came with Free back and that you have installed Windows 8 pro yesterday.  You cannot change your account picture, the background or the screen saver.  You can't customize your windows. Also, you cannot install the software of the Windows store.

  Can you download from the store Windows and install simply not?

  Have you activated your Windows 8, if not, you will need to do this first.

  I don't know if you are currently using an image that is stretched to the width of the page, but if you are, try to use a fill of browser instead.

  To add a background image to a web page:

  1. Choose Edition > deselect everything, to make sure that nothing is selected on the page.
  2. Click the browser link fill in the Panel.
     
  3. Click Add image and go to the background image on your system and select the image, and then click Open.
  4. With the image added you can now set some additional parameters to control how the image fits into the browser window and moves with content.
     Change the setting to implementation at the level of adjustment if the full image must be visible at all times, the image is sized proportionally within the browser window. To fill the browser window complete with a picture of background at any time, change the setting of connection across filling, not part of the image may be hidden with this setting.
     To control where the image is positioned in the filling of the browser area, select the preferred Position reference point (the example below uses high in the Center, so the image is sized from there).
     Deselect scroll if you want as the background image to be always visible, even when the viewer of the page scrolls down to view the other down content on the page.
