• First elements 11 trial does not work

  Downloaded trial version, but it won't work. Have you tried the chat pod help without success. From the opening screen Organizer works and works ok.   In fact, it does.  There is a possibility that you have a conflict of MAC address I think the above poster was referring to.

  I guess I solved the problem. I remembered that some carkits have a limit of 500 numbers (BMW?). It turns out that the JVC (with hard drive) has the same question. So after removing some contacts outdated everything worked fine.
