Freezes in Windows 8. I can't get a cursor or use the buttons to do anything to the Seattle Space Dome screen...

It's a new Dell Inspiron 660 with Windows 8 pre-loaded. I begin with the Start button. The Dell screen comes and then the window with the Seattle Space Needle comes and then nothing. I can't find a slider, the mouse does not work and the keys do not work.

I did the search on the internet and did the F8 or F12 key or whatever it is to run the diagnostics. I did the form short and long form and it came without showing a problem. I can't get things to work. Can you help me?

Important: during the analysis of the disk hard if bad sectors are found, the parser attempts to repair this area, all available on which data may be lost.

I hope this helps.
