• Use Typekit fonts on a Web site where you don't control the code?

  I am building a website for the company I work for and I'm using a generator online Web site and by simply filling out content in one of their models. I would use one of the fonts that I have access to via Typekit, but that I may be able to add another font to my Web site template, I need a file, not just a string of code which is what I want to say if I followed Typekits instructions. Is it possible to get a file?

  The Typekit web fonts license requires that policies be added to a Web site by the JavaScript include code that we provide. There isn't another way to add Typekit fonts on your site.

  You may be able to buy a license of web fonts of the foundry that owns the fonts (or reseller) which allows you to add fonts directly to your model. If you want to consider this option, the name of the Foundry is at the top of each family page on typekit.com, for example

  Today, I downloaded the thing something and thousand fonts, for a total of 7 131. I have a lot of fonts because I edit videos and images and use different fonts according to the theme/feeling to change.

  Today, one of the fonts of a thousand somehow took control of Web pages and changed their police downloaded police. I don't know what font it is, and it has an influence on Web sites such as: Facebook, Twitter and LADBible comments section.

  We have seen in the past, many problems with fonts Helvetica on Windows, so it may be best to uninstall them or make sure they are true type or open type versions that have any errors, if you check these fonts in a program like fontforge.

• Darker fonts need to Web site.

  I have a partial vision. Most (many) sites Web uses text in a relatively light gray that is extremely difficult for me to read, even with magnification.

  Is it possible for Firefox to substitute a darker font (maybe just make "BOLD") so that this website actually sent?

  There are many modules to change the appearance of Web sites. It sounds like it is directly addressed to the color of the text clear (I have not tried myself):

Is it possible to use web fonts for printing purposes? If this is not the case, what usually people do in this situation.   We have recently added a new feature to Typekit that can sync your desktop fonts and use them in print design. The announcement on our Web site has more details:

  I've solved the problem, it seems trhat in dreamweaver, the fonts ttf, otf, etc. must be in a folder named InDesign and dreamweaver then connects the fonts style sheet to the main stylesheeet with @inport. I had to unisntall the fonts of my windows, and download it again and add tehm with dreamweaver adds the functionality of web fonts.

  I am at the end of my rope here trying to figure this one out, and I KNOW it's something so stupid I'm on!

  I have a monthly newsletter which we will post on our database (mac mass mailer) that connects to our Web site http://www.wembleysquare.co.za/newsletter.html (my apologies is shit, we reshape) but to get to the point the mailer on the site links. So my problem is:

  I can't seem to set the fonts constantly considered "verda" in the envelope to Html and site any browser, it is seen in. In other words, I want to force all browsers and e-mail to see as I have designed. I know it's possible I will receive mailers html of other companies that have been set?

  I put the css and the 'police' presets dialog box for "Verda" but I always get the changing fonts.

  You have reached a challenge we typographers and designers to print all find it frustrating.

  You are at the mercy of the user's browser when it comes to fonts.

  If you use fonts "pet" (you mention "Verda") which are not be rendered correctly in the browsers of users, perhaps you should consider making them images (the ultimate control of police). Renderings in this way, text/topics will be not available, then you might want to settle for headers only in your special police. But you will be able to express at least partially your great design to your viewers.

  What about using 'your' police in paragraph text, give it up for a bad cause. Select something appropriate and inoffensive in the 'most popular' list of fonts and move on to something more important (like the redesign you mentioned in your first paragraph)! Don't forget, you can always define a hierarchy of fonts that starts with 'your' fonts: Verda, Verdana, Arial, without serif for the instance. Then SOME of your most talented users police could see your fonts, and the rest will not be disturbed by the lack.
