Fuze view vs

What is the best and why

The "rocket" is smaller, plays more audio file formats and has a superior processor for audio.  The firmware is a single binary file.  The "rocket" is the last generation.

The view has a processor that is different, has a library of complex software, with the primary system file in mi4 format like the e200 v1.  Complexity of the display is optimized for video playback, as well as the screen is bigger.  Video processing consumes a lot of power, although the processor and display are busy.

  • Difference betweek Fuze and view

Could someone tell me please the main differences between the rocket and the view? I am trying to decide which to buy. I currently have an e280. Features very important is the ability to delete songs directly on the drive and drag-n - drop files.

Ouch.  You will see that the "rocket" is the right successor of the series e200, with almost identical features, the GUI and a new scroll wheel.

The view is more oriented video features and it's better for that, according to your request.

  • Rocket + freezes when I try to view the music

I recently had the Fuze + 8 GB (and previously owned the original "rocket") and didn't notice the slowness in the display lists of music, moving by artists to the albums of songs, etc., but in the last days it's flat out freeze whenever I try to view my list of music.

I may have a large amount of music 6.5ish concerts/1300 songs and in the last days, I listened through my full music list, but this does not really explain why he keeps freezing.

Now when I turn it on, it will make up the screen of loading for a long time, freeze for a few minutes, when the loading thing stops lighting upward in a circle, then whenever I try to click on the music of the list 5 or 10 seconds later will go to a black screen and stay like that.

I just downloaded new firmware today (of course with the problem of loading screen it's not certain how the really accepted mp3 upgraded) and the Player responds very well to plug it into the computer and is recognized by the computer, but all the problems listed above are still visible.

My original rocket had another problem of gel at some point and I had to reformat manually by plugging a button on the computer, and I was wondering if I should do it, or if this problem is solved in another way.

While the rocket + is off, hold the button low volume while connecting to the computer. The device should then be recognized as a removable disk. Format the Sansa and reload your songs and I hope that You 'l' to get a faster browsing on the music list. I would also say that you download Mp3tag and make sure that the tags are set to ID3v2 (Id3v2.3 ISO-8859-1.

  • Sansa Fuze battery: percentage indicated

Hi all - I've noticed recently that the percentage of battery remaining indicated on my Sansa rockets - I have a 2 and a 8 GB - differs the battery percentage remaining indicated through my computer when the device is plugged into the USB port on my PC.

    E. g.: verification of my view of "System Settings > Info" on the "rocket", I see 27% duration of remaining battery life.  I immediately connect the "rocket" in a USB port (my computer has two; either one).  The 'Properties' indicator for the rocket of remaining battery life is 63%.

It's constant and reproducible.  There is always a HUGE disparity between the percentage that appears on the "rocket" itself and the percentage indicated via USB/PC connection.  Note that the rockets still indicate a much lower figure.

No idea why this is happening?  Thank you very much in advance for any answer!

I run them down.  As I said, I charge them when I see they are about 20%.  As JK98, mentioned in the "Fuze Battery Life and good practical battery" thread here: "the battery prefers a partial rather than complete discharge. Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible. »

If you are let off at 20%, which is almost fully discharged. Circuit of the rocket will turn off right around that level to prevent permanent damage to the battery or the charging circuit. Let down this low once in a while is OK, but I wouldn't make a habit of it. Better to load when it comes down to 50% or more. These types of batteries prefer to be crowned often, rather than the older style batteries that worked when deep-cycled.

  • Questions on Clip + and (Clip + vs Fuze) Fuze

    Hello

I'm going to buy a 8 GB Clip + or Fuze 4 GB, and 8 GB microSD. I read a lot of Clip + vs Fuze subjects, a lot of comments, but it won't get me anywhere, I'm still not sure that one would be better for me. You would help me a lot if you answered my questions. Even if it's subforum Clip +, and I assume most of you have Clip + or it's your favorite, please be fair with me on both players.

    (1) who has the better battery life? How it will change over the years? What happens if I listen to mostly FLAC?

    (2) that best understood earplugs?

    (3) do rockboxed Fuze sounds better than rockboxed Clip +? I heard that the rocket gets better EQ.

    (4) a port USB owner fuze. Does this mean I have to buy something more to connect it to the pc?

    (5) I saw the comments from users on both players in the review of the comments. There were many people who were not satisfied with the rocket because "it does not work, will not connect to the pc, I got white screen" etc. etc. when nobody said something like that on Clip +. " Is Fuze very much likely to get in the mess or is it just because more tech newbs like rocket?

    (6) I'm listening to binaural beats. Fuze and Clip + with caps default enough for this task? (the question is probably for those who also listen to binaural beats)

    (7) what (V1, V2) version of both players is better and why? How to know the version of the player before buy you? Can all be rockboxed?

    (8) this wall charger will be ok with rocket or Clip +? http:// www.acme.eu/en/Catalog/chargers_and_rechargeable_batteries/battery_chargers/acme_charger_ak03_for_mp...

    (9) Fuze 4 GB or 8 GB Clip + (both with 8 GB microSD)?

That's all for now. Answering these questions would probably save me many sleepless nights I have when thinking about which player to choose thank you

    PS Sorry for my English

1 fuze has a battery more large and the greater autonomy.

    2. I think they are the same (and you have to provide your own).

    4. the cable comes with the "rocket".

    5. people always have problems with Tech - the same with Clips.

    6. you will probably get a v2 at this stage.  Rockbox is being developed for both versions.  I'm not aware that there is a difference from the point of view user between v1 and v2 - it's intestines that have changed.

    7. Yes.

    8. it depends, as always, your needs.  Wheel scroll, video, screen, battery life: Fuze.  Size, clip, factor of kindness: Clip.

  • View and Winamp

I just bought a view yesterday, and I loaded the latest firmware.

All my music is in FLAC, so I went to use Winamp to transcode files fly to my view.

However, although I can see files in the .m4a on view in the MUSIC folder, nothing is displayed in the database of music except a bunch of songs I have big add?

I checked that I have playforsure plugin, I can copy the files to view any difficulty (i.e. without the attention that the file is not compatible"

I copied a player mp3 and it has worked, but all said it will play .m4a files and even if I changed it the transcoding settings in Winamp always copy files on as .m4a.

Clues or just make this comeback?

    See you soon

    BT

I suggest, if you are stuck on the Sansa reallllllllllllly, resume and get Fuze.  SanDisk's new firmware for the "rocket" that supports the FLAC.

I do not think that such an update is coming to view as it is my opinion, but also the opinions of others that the view was abandoned.

If you're not stuck on Sandisk, and I hope you're not, resume and get something else.

  • Help - just sync Sansa Fuze 4 GB and not selected folder names

I just sync Sansa Fuze 4 my wife Go with Windows Media Player and folder names are not preserved. It's the folder view using the artist name and it is not how the songs were - they were on the PC as "Classic country" etc. That's happened? I have one without Fuze 2 GB that displays correctly when I sync the files... How can I fix it?  I'll try to redo with her in another mode to USB using windows Explorer to load the files and see if that makes a difference, but why the difference between the 4 GB Fuze and Fuze 2?

  • Help! That should get the view or the "rocket"?

    Please answer quickly.

OK, I want a mp3 player that is good for video and some songs (especially for the video, but I even when listening to my songs.)

I searched and researched and I finally found 2 mp3 players match my needs. The sansa view and sansa fuze. But I don't know what to choose. Remember it must be good for the video and songs.

Thank you and I hope for good results

Take this link and go where it happens a real conversation.  You'll find more because more people responded and I have the solution. which, if you do not want to take the link is I'm going to buy the view see how it is and if it is bad I will return.

Also take a look at this.

    It 'can' owners view intrest.

  • Some MP3 files are not recognized by Fuze

I have a 4 GB Fuze v1. I got this as a Christmas present and want to use it to listen to Audio and video podcasts. I updated the Firmware from V01.01.22A. My problem with him that some MP3 files will not be recognized. MP3 files are on the card of 2 GB external so I, MPT/MSC mode does not matter. For example, "NPR: CarTalk Podcast" in format mp3 will not play but "The Index Investing Show" podcast also in mp3 format will play very well. I first noticed it with downloaded mp3 files iTunes, I do not think it is an iTunes related issue because the same podcast downloaded directly from the NPR site will also fail. No idea what is the problem? Here is the link to the download of the podcast (use the button download MP3/4): http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_detail.php?siteId=9911203

I solved the problem first I used Any Audio Converter to convert MP3 to MP3 with the same audio features. The file is converted to the same sheet worked! I noticed converted file was not any ID3 tag information in the original file. After playing a bit with MP3Tag software and tags removal began, I found that the offending tag has been KIND on the value of 'Podcast '. Fuze does not recognize "Podcast" in the field of the kind so he simply ignored, rather than list it under "unknown". In my view, that it is a bug. Sansa must list the MP3 files under Tote 'Unknown' when 'Genre' tag is present, but the value does not match any of the existing tags.

  • I have several new emails in the Inbox, but I'm unable to view or even see them?

I have several new emails in the Inbox, but I'm unable to view or even see them?

    Hey CRB123,

Thank you for being a part of the communities of Apple Support.

If I understand your message, you see a badge that you have unread e-mails in your Inbox, but they are not appearing.  An easy way to separate the emails read from the unread macOS that Sierra is to click the button to filter in the list of messages, or sort by unread:

    • Activate the filters: Click the filter button at the top of the list of messages, click unread to display the list of available filters, and then select one or more filters. A check mark indicates a filter is active.

If you use more than one email account in Mail, you can filter the Inbox into account - for example, only show emails from your iCloud account.

    • Disable an active filter: Click on the filter.

    • Disable all filters: Click the filter button .

Mail remembers your filters and automatically applied the next time that you click the filter button to activate the filters.

You can also sort the list of messages - just click on "sort by" at the top of the list of messages, then select an attribute, such as and a sort order. In a typical configuration, click on a column header.

Mail for Mac: filter the list of messages in Mail

If no unread messages, then I would like to confirm if you have emails unread looking webmail for your email account. If you see the unread messages in webmail, go back to the mail app, and then rebuild your Inbox:

You may have to re-create a mailbox to update the list of the messages it contains. For example, if messages seem to be missing or garbled, or if you don't find any relevant messages when you search by using the entire Message search option.

    • Select a mailbox in the Mail sidebar, then choose BALL > rebuild.

When you rebuild the mailbox for accountIMAP or Exchange messages and attachments stored on your computer are discarded and then downloaded again from the mail server to your Mac. Your mailbox is empty until the download is complete.

Mail for Mac: rebuild the mailboxes

    Take care.

  • latesy update cannot view emails

I can't view any of my emails after the last update. I press the real email and all I get is a white screen.

    Hi angiefromstrathmore,

Thanks for posting in the Community Support from Apple. I understand that your email shows a white screen on your iPhone. I use email frequently and can understand how this could be a drawback, so I'm happy to help you.

You can go to settings > mail > Threading and disable full Threads. This should get your mail operational return.

    Take care.

  • The list view in the Playlists of music

As a DJ, I rely on iTunes for my music catalogue and allow me to get the best information on each song as quickly as possible. We chose all likely what parts of the ID3 tags, we want our vision of library to display...

but in the Playlists of music, it doesn't seem to be a way to change this info is displayed. I need to be able to see the Album, Bitrate and comments in my Playlists of music... not just title/length/artist/Genre/year...

If anyone has found a solution to this let me know... or I ask Apple to allow us to display our playlists just like we would songs within our library...

When your reading list is open, go to view > view > songs.

    That should fix it.

  • Slide view

    Hello everyone...

I have been using my iPad 12.9 pro for a while now, and I have a question about the slide mode, which I really hope you can help me.

I wanted to be able to choose what applications are indicated on this side bar (View Slide Bar), since there are many applications that are shown here that I have no use for. Friends, autocad, bandsintown are a few examples of it. I wanted to keep it there just the apps that I REALLY want to use, and I find it annoying that I have to scroll through a lot of apps just to find the one I need.

If I'm lazy, let me know, but I think it would be a good idea to put only the ones you need right?

    Thanks in advance

    Rodrigo

Hello. It's a good idea, and you can inform Apple here https://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html. However, it may require a fairly major overhaul of internal interfaces, so don't expect a quick change.
