    Help

Hello. I have tow games in my computer and the games already installed "I opened the Control Panel to remove the towing games, but these games not. is there more than one way to remove the games?

and whenever I have access to internet "Ipv6 connectivity is limited all the time that I connect and the Ipv4 connectivity is OK." What should I do in this case?

What version of Windows are you using?
What games you try to uninstall?

You can try to reinstall the game then uninstall them. You can also consult the menu 'start' where games are listed, there may be an option to uninstall that there are listed.

This file is a newer DirectX file (Feb 2010) not listed is not in the out-of-the-box DirectX, which is part of Windows 7 (July 2009). I use Vista Business and I try to get the games to work which are included. On the Microsoft answers site, I found the following instructions;   "The games are included in Business, but they are not installed by default.

"Go to control panel, programs, programs and features, and then click on" Turn Windows features on or off "and put a check mark in the box of games." I followed the instructions and when I got to the window where I had to check something, there was a field of empy with no radio button or whatever it be listed.

  • How can I get my area 51 game xp pc game to work in my pc Windows 7?

I have a windows 7 Home premium and you tried to run area 51 xp pc from the installation disc game it is start to install it then it said installation wizard was interrupted before installation could be completed, I tried to do mode of compatibility in every thing there, still will not work, how can I get this game to work in my pc windows 7?

I looked on the internet and so far can not find a way. I don't want to dual boot or something like that, just want the compatibility to work as if it was supposed to in windows seven, I have played other games xp in windows 7 and I want to play this game. any assistance that would get this problem is resolved and my game really to work would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

    I have an e machine with 1.60 gigahertz AMD Athlon II X 2 250u
    256 kilobytes main memory cache
    secondary memory 2048 k-cached
    64-bit ready
    Multi-core (2 total)

    4 GB of RAM.

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 [graphics card]

The only games I've found of ' 05 and have a problem with Win7 are due to copy protection.
StarForce is perhaps the worst, followed by Tages and SecureRom. In most cases, it's a problem with 64 bit (also XP) operating systems.
In some cases, the game will install and give an error message to the effect that he can't finish, but the game is installed, but the DRM is not.
Games that use of Tages can sometimes be fixed with their updated 64 - bit
TAGES protection system against the copy of AAA.

Some games can be installed on a computer that is 32-bit and copied to the 64-bit machine and will last (not sure in this case).

Other games will take place with a noCD patch. There is a difficulty noCD Mega games (PC fixed the left column of the home page). The fix of the A51 more complex than most, because it has several files which I assume (do not have the game) all go in the main installation folder with the A51.exe. I usually suggest the original of the .exe (and others) in a new folder for backup before moving the new ones in the games installation folder.

Then - as suggested by MH, some just are not feasible, or need a Virtual Machine-
    | MG | Download VirtualBox 4.1.10.76836

In my collection (100 +) there were two - Beyond Good and evil (not the re-release) and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory which I have not found a fix/work around for (I have not tried a VM).

If there is a fan site for Area 51 there may be fixes available to the community.
I found an installer 64 bit for Grim Fandango old classics on one of these sites.

  • My games a work stoppage

My games stops working correctly, you can find, why

It can be difficult to find this kind of errors, but:

Just in case where the OS is 'accidentally' run a check of the SFC (check only), to check the main system files are OK and download, install, update (right-click on its icon and 'run as administrator' to update) and run a full scan with malwarebytes. In your case, as everything else works OK, I doubt that these first two controls will find all issues, but they are reasonable, quick and easy to make and will eliminate the possibility of any system or malware is causing your problem.

1 - is your PC (video & card sound esp, Ram and CPU and disk space) meet the requirements of games?

    2. If the PC meets the requirements of games, are there patches of upgrade for the game you have not loaded? If there is any, download them (of known good reliable source) AV check them and install them.

    3. If this does not help, or there are no patches, then make a restore point on your PC. Now, make sure that your PC is up to date with MS windows update and especially the PCs video card and drivers sound card (look for the most recent drivers on your site of PC hardware manufacturers that is if you have an ATI/AMD video card - http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx , if you have an NVIDIA graphics card - http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us or if society that fact/sold your PC has options of) Update on its own website to your PC, then install these.

  • Having trouble getting a classic example game to work

I'm checking button set 17 from the CD provided with 3D games Interactive real-time by Allen Partidge but in the animated intro, she left with "Script error: Value out of range" referring to line 50:

    gHavok.registerInterest (name, #all, 0,0, #tokenAquired, gTokenLut)

I know he wrote for Director 8.5. I use Director MX 2004 with additional Havok Behavior installed and Windows XP Pro. This book seems to be a classic on Director development of games, so the game should work, but what I can do to make it run on my system? Is there an incompatibility between 8.5 and MX 2004? Should I consider this book as a reference only to the concepts, but obsolete and useless regarding the code? The ideas presented are exciting, so it's frustrating to not be able to see them as set out in this game.

  • Game Center works do not iOS 9.3

SO my game Center is blank white and when I do settings > Game Center it freezes. Should I erase content and settings?

I have a solution that worked! It does not require a restore but its worth it!

I had this problem and I contacted Apple support and they told me that I had to go back to the top of my iDevice, then you erase content and settings, BUT instead restore backup right after, you should instead put in place the unit as new and connect to gamecentre. After logging in to gamecentre and ensuring that its work, you can then restore your backup. Voila, gamecentre works like a charm after restoring your backup.

In a Word; You can 1) erase all content and settings 2) configuration as new 3) sign in gamecenter and make sure it works 4) restore from backup and test on.

The way it works, find it me when we put in place as a new apple id is trying to establish a fresh connection with gamecenter. Once this new connection is then gamecenter is this apple id to read all over again. That's why we want to do as a new device first. Then when restore us backup gamecenter still remember the last connection. You can then restore your backup, and the unit reads the good link that you previously had with the apple ID. Worked for me and I hope this helps.

  • Installed Directx11 and now no games not working - need help

Recently, I had windows 7 and for some months now, I've been able to play my games very well (warcraft 3/world of warcraft/civilization 4) without any problem at all.

Yesterday, I tried to get a new game called heroes of newerth, then departure I got an error that I found, after rising, it was supposed to be fixable by obtaining the latest version of Directx.
So I've updated to DirectX 9.0 c (which worked very well for a long time) to Directx11, using dxwebsteup.

Warcraft 3 freezes simply on the launch screen.
WoW know either update directx 9.0 c and update your video driver (FYI I did the last yesterday, then don't suggest for me to update my graphics driver I did already). And then will not start.
Other games say error running script of D3D and an assortment of texts simular to that.

When I run DXDIAG everything happens perfect without any detected problems and showing Directx11 under version. I tried to run dxwebsteup several times in case something has not installed right but without success.

During hours of research this problem and through Needless to information on Directx, I found that these four fail conclusions:
    1. run the DirectX 9.0 c Installer and it will overwrite Directx11. I tried and it didn't.
2 uninstall Directx11 will run - regedit - HKEY LOCAL MACHINE - SOFTWARE - Microsoft - Directx and the deletion of this file. Supposedly I could and then restart the computer and install DirectX 9.0 c. After you remove the folder and restart, I noticed several things; but above all, nothing has changed. My computer do not redo the Directx folder, it disappeared completely. The problem is not gone, and also when I try to launch Directx9.0c nothing happens as usual. In DXDIAG, it still says there is no problem and the version is still Directx11, and when I try to run dxwebsteup I get a new error: internal year error has occurred. Please be DXError.log and Directx.log in your windows folder to determine the problem. I'm distraught about what it means and it seems that I myself got in deeper problems.
3 download a program that can uninstall Directx. I tried this but I have found no program that is compatible with Windows 7 which uninstalls Directx, or y at - it even not with vista.
    4. I am hallucinating; Directx11 is backward compatible, and for this reason, it is impossible to downgrade or install Directx11 Windows 7. No, I'm not hallucinating, it actually happens and even if Directx11 is supposed to play games that require fewer versions of Directx mine isn't.

Is it really impossible to uninstall/downgrade Directx11?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening and how I can get Directx11 for work with my games?

Please help it is incredibly frustrating and tedious.

No.... it wasn't just a game, it was all my games and the problem was Directx11. At least I was, because I made the post I managed to solve the problem of what I was I canceled my video driver and everything was perfect, once again, so it must be something to do with my video driver updated and is not not properly compatible with directx11.

    B. What is the exact error message?

You can download and install XP mode on your computer, and then try to install the game in compatibility mode.

    Hi Knbrown,

Welcome to Microsoft Vista answers Forum!

Most of the online games use Java and Flash Player. If Java or Flash Player is not updated, you can get this error message.

I suggest that you install the latest version of Java and Flash Player and make sure if you are able to play, you can see the link to download the latest version and install it by selecting the appropriate operating system:

    http://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/

If the problem persists, I suggest that you check with the manufacturer of games for assistance, you can check the link: http://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/home
