I tried almost all the suggestions on the Internet (including on Microsoft Web page) on this way to solve this problem, including Microsoft fixed it, the update of the system, file Windows Update DIAGCAB Diagnostics tool and etc, but still getting the message. The last successful update was on 13.09.2013.  All updates done before and September 13 are written as a 'success' in the folder "Update history", but when I open the folder "Installed updates", I don't see anything and it says "no update are installed on this computer", which is strange, because at the moment, Windows Update was made automatically without any problem.   Please help me to solve the problem with this error code.

Temporarily disable the security software on the computer and see if that makes a difference.
